Best Sewer Line Clean in Cincinnati OH

I called to get my hot water heater replaced. Fan was early for the appointment. He was quick with the work and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely use them again!!

Matt and Corey replaced our leaky wax ring on our toilet in like 15 minutes flat. They were kind and on time. I’ve had Tom Plumber out before to clear a drain, and that service was excellent as well. I’m a repeat customer!UPDATE: we had another issue where our shower cartridge was causing our faucet to drip; this time Adam Hicks came out to help us and replaced it quickly. He was super kind, and it went smoothly as always. We keep reusing Tom Plumber!

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

We had a good previous experience. However our most recent experience the technician was dishonest and attempted to take advantage of my wife by recommending a new unit when a competitor was able to get us running efficiently for under $400.

Plumber seemed knowledgeable, was polite and worked efficiently. Will call Nieman Plumbing again next time I need a plumber.
