customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

Rick is always requested by us because of his professionalism. He explains exactly what he has done so it is easy to follow and understand. Rick makes us feel comfortable when he enters our home, we know he is here to keep our heating and air conditioning units working properly and efficiently.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. Our technician Dustin was very responsive to our needs. We replaced a 20+ year old water heater with a new tankless water heater. Dustin explained everything very thoroughly and hot water is delivered to our tap faster now than we experienced in the past. We are very pleased.

Leslie was on time and extremely helpful. She solved all of my issues, including some that have been going on for years that 2 other plumbing companies were not able to help me with. I was very happy. The online scheduling is very easy (although I never received the confirmation email that the website said I would). And the fact that they offer weekend hours without an increase in price is much appreciated.
