Best Repair Sump Pump in Cincinnati OH

I was stood up twice by these nerds this week (Monday and Friday for plumbing services)! So I call on Saturday and they say they CAN get someone out but the fee just to come out has increased from $89-$129, which at this point I think should be waived. Calling a different company on Monday, but talking trash until S&K reaches out to me.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

My AC went out on a Friday evening. They came on Saturday and I had a whole new unit on Tuesday. Everyone we dealt was the was great. I highly recommend this company.
