Best Plumbing Maintenance in Cincinnati OH

The service person was extremely professional and explained every aspect of the repair. Took care of our problem in a timely and thorough manner. However, I waited all day for the service person to arrive. I called twice to make sure I was still on the schedule. We also had to hold our dinner waiting for him to finally arrive at 7:00-7:15 pm. It would help if there was some way to have a time frame when they will be arriving so you can arrange your day.

George from Ruehl Plumbing came out as promised, installed new gas pipe for my gas stove in our new house. He was very professional and pleasant. Their price were very reasonable compare two other companies. They didn't nickel and dime you for every part plus didn't try to sell you something you did not need. Honest reasonable company you can trust. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Cullen was wonderful. He arrived on time and tackled the problem swiftly and professionally. He was kind and honest. I will 100% be calling him again with any plumbing issues! Thank you Cullen.

Great company, did an awesome job

A little disappointed with this company. I was quoted a price of $150-180 for replacing a valve and dishwasher hose under my kitchen sink. Once the technician got there the price went up to $220 because of the valve replacement which was supposed to be included in the original quote. Once the tech looked at the pipes we didn't need the valve afterall but still was charged the original $150 that was supposed to include the valve replacement. The technician was literally in my house for 10-15 minutes max. I understand service calls, parts and labor but $150 charge was ridiculous in my opinion for what was done. Needless to say I will not be using this company again which is disappointing because I was really hoping to find a reliable trustworthy plumber for future jobs in my house.

Would hire BEST again. Very professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented, cleaned up their work.

I have an older home (1957), which I have owned for several years now, and lived in the home for over 10 years. I have always had an issue with water being present in my basement utility sink after running a load of dishes in the dishwasher, or after the laundry has been rinsed and is draining. Yesterday I found the water backed up in the utility sink, filling both sides and was no longer draining.

At first I tried my drill-powered 25ft snake, which works well for bathroom lines and small pluming, but is less than useful on a 2 pipe. After an hour or so of plunging, snaking drains and commercial plumbing products, I decided to contact the experts at Roto-Rooter.

I contacted Roto-Rooter's branch number for my area. I placed the call around 1:45 PM EST on Monday afternoon.

The call was answered quickly, and a technician was offered for the 2-4 PM EST time slot--perfect! I headed downstairs to my basement to do some initial cleanup for the technician and to make room for them to work. I then received a text message at 1:53 PM EST from Roto-Rooter indicating my technician, Nick, was on his way. I was blown away at how quick a technician was dispatched.

Nick showed up very quickly in a Roto-Rooter branded van. He appeared clean, well groomed and professional with his introduction. Nick asked me some basic questions, and then asked if he could enter the home to review the issue. Equipped with shoe covers (thank you!!!), Nick followed me through the front door, and down to the basement.

Nick answered all my initial questions on drainage, and just some curious things I had in mind, then informed me of the work, and the estimate. I accepted the estimate, and Nick asked if he could take his equipment (auger) through my garage (instead of through my living space, thanks again!). I offered assistance, but Nick managed his equipment through my living spaces with caution---he was no concern of mine.

Nick was in an out in just a little over an hour, and my drains were taking all the pressure I could afford them with ease. He made little to no mess, and was professional and confident throughout.

I know that if I have an issue, Roto-Rooter will show up in a timely fashion, and absolutely resolve my issue in a professional and courteous manner. I’ve had so much trouble out of my heating system from the moment I moved into my home. There were times when it was operating on emergency heat during the winter last year when the temperatures were near 10 below.
