Schneller & Knochelmann replaced my HVAC/furnace/AC in early 2020 and Sadie was the tech that came out to do the maintenance check. She was professional and nice. She found an installation error that was causing CO levels to be higher than they should and resolved it quickly. She was very informative and answered any questions that I had.

I was very pleased with your company, from the person who took my call(s) to Shawn who made the repairs. He is very professional, honest, and pleasant. He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Team came out and did a great job taking care of the project quickly. Disappointed in the lack of clean up after the job was complete. A lot of excess debris remains and will now how to pay another company to come remove this. For the price paid, would’ve expected a better overall end result.
