He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Joe was amazing. When looking up plumbers I called a different company first.( Google sorted by location distance). After waiting over an hour for just a call back we called 1-Tom-plumber. In the same time we spent waiting for the other company to call me back, Joe had came out, fixed the problem, and gave me numerous valuable tips to avoid the issue in the future. Saying that he went above and beyond is an understatement. The other company still hasn’t called me back. I highly recommend them and Joe.

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

Team came out and did a great job taking care of the project quickly. Disappointed in the lack of clean up after the job was complete. A lot of excess debris remains and will now how to pay another company to come remove this. For the price paid, would’ve expected a better overall end result.

After explaining to Jay my problem of either it being too cold or too hot in the house and the fan not running continuously as result of these issues, Jay checked all the settings on the A/C and furnance. He also checked the Nest to see if it was performing properly and it was. After further discussion with Jay regarding the issues of cold, hot and fan, I learned (to my embarassement) I was causing these problems. Since I run my heating and cooling systems manually, Jay showed me how to keep my fan running continuously by moving the up and down arrow keys on the Nest. Simple. I was making it difficult by my actions. Thanks Jay for my aha moment. Never would I have figured out the simplicity of the solution. Comfortable!

Although I didn't go with this company for HVAC replacement (couldn't get it installed within my short timeline), I was very impressed with their sales representative (Ryan) and the products he offered. Ryan was informative, professional, and was willing to do what was necessary to ensure I had the right system for my home. He even stayed up late that night to make sure I received my quotes on the same day he visited.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
