Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

Hi! I’m 18 and I was driving through Eastgate around 2:30pm on August 2nd and ended up behind one of these company trucks. The man driving was infront of me going 60 in a 65. Not only 5 under, but we were in the fast lane as well. I shook my head, which I do at most people who go slow, and he excessively mocked me by thrashing his head back and forth. I was in my Jeep Wrangler with the doors and top off so he thought it would be okay to roll his window down and try to spit to get it on me. He eventually got over and continued to flip me off through the window when I drove by. He had a hat on and glasses as well I believe.

He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and completed the work efficiently. I have had several encounters with Rotor-Rooter and have always been pleased with the outcome. Five stars for Brenden!

I called to get a quote on a project. I was told that they would be glad to come out to give an appraisal for a fee of $90 (which would be applied to the bill if hired). I explained that I understood why they might charge an appraisal fee and that I would keep them in mind in case I decided to go that route but at this time I was going to hold off. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Thanks for showing your true colors so quickly. Helped me more than you know.

I am sure that Tarvin Plumbing does great work and is likely to be a reputable contractor; However, they should be aware that their front line person answering the phones needs a crash course in customer service skills. Very unfortunate for them.

Clay was very thorough in inspecting the cause of my clogged kitchen sink. He even followed all of my pipes in the basement and noticed some things that no other plumber has noticed before, which really explains why my sinks get clogged so often. I really appreciated his professionalism and he cleared my clog in a very short amount of time. This was my first time with this company, but I will definitely use Schneller again.

The tech, Thomas, diagnosed the problem immediately, offered multiple solutions, and also checked the general health of the plumbing in the house. He then fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Thomas was training another plumber at the time, and I was impressed with the level of detail with which he taught.This isn’t the first time we’ve used Apollo, as we our care plan members, and we’ve been so impressed with having them out every time. They’re on-time, professional, and knowledgeable. Since we became care plane members a few years ago, we’ve never had to use anyone for plumbing, electric and HVAC needs.
