Had a tech to our house yesterday to perform regular maintenance on our heating system. Our heating system is a gas boiler which I'll admit is abit unusual, but they have worked here before so I didn't have concerns. Tech arrived and did not seem like he was familiar with the type of system we had. I made it very clear when I scheduled the appointment that it was a boiler. Tech did his piece and everyone left the house. We did not arrive home until later in the evening. When we walked in the front door, the smell of natural gas was overwhelming. We immediately called Duke who helped us identify two spots on the boiler that were leaking. One was a loose valve and the other was a connection to the piolet light. You could clearly see where the tech earlier that day had used the wrong tool to try and tighten the connection and had ruined it. Duke helped us secure everything and we packed the family up to travel across town to stay with friends.Next morning I called Thomas and Galbraith hoping to speak with a manager. I was told that an email would need to be sent to management team and someone would reach out to me. Nobody ever called. I also requested that a tech be sent back so that we could get our heat that day on since we have young child and pets.To give them credit they did send a senior tech back who did a wonderful job. He has been here before and knew exactly what he was doing.Overall disappointed in this company for leaving a job with a gas leak and for management failing to call me back. I am not looking forward to what our next energy bill will be due to this error. I am thankful this situation did not turn into something more serious. We will only be using them for our AC units in the summer as they are under warranty with them and we don't have a choice.

Not impressed at all with this company. My system can only be serviced by them, so next time something catastrophic goes wrong, I’ll be converting to public sewer. Contract says that they’ll clean and maintain the system, but they ignored warning signs from one of the sensors for over a year until it broke, then charged about $2k to fix it. On top of that, the workers that come out have skipped servicing the system because they couldn’t get into my garage, even though there’s a hose to hook into outside. If your system can be serviced by anyone else, save yourself the hassle and don’t pay nieman a dime. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Everything from my first call to the very end. These people really know how to treat a customer. I had called around 5 or 6 pm. They could not fit me in until next morning first time. Shortly after that I received a callback they could send a tech out shortly. Fantastic since I had no water. Chris arrived right on time. Very personable and knowledgeable. He made sure I was taken care of. He did a beautiful job on my water lines and faucet. Explained what he was doing along the way. I think I'll adopt him. LOL! I'm very happy and satisfied with Jolly (and remember...they unclog for dogs).

Chad was very informative and stepped me through the process. This was a big expense for us and Schlueter made it as painless as possible. I will certainly use them again.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!
