i got a consultation for my HVAC system and it was extremely old and out of code. they were able to schedule me in the next business day and got it done very quickly! they did a great job and were super efficient and knowledgeable.

I called Jolly Plumbing to let them know their first attempt did not work to clear my sewer line. Scott was the Intake person I spoke to and he sent John Barnett out the next day with his assistant. John quickly explained how he was going to assess the situation and find a remedy to fix the problem. He calmed my nerves from a scale of a 10 to a 5 which allowed me to feel there was hope in the situation. John said, I never give up to solve the problem - within a short time he felt he found the problem and told me it was repaired. John also took the time to show me how I could make the line even more accessible for an outside entry line - I am going to have John come out again and do some extra work to eliminate any future problems through Jolly Plumbing. I do feel the company's representative, John Barnett, truly cared about my problem. That is why I called today and gave him a compliment (and his assistant) for their professional attitudes. GG

Had them out to relocate and replace our water heater. It was not an easy in and out type job. Logan and Aaron did great work, explained everything, and made sure they thoroughly tested the unit before leaving, even though it had been a long day for them. Really appreciated that they maintained that standard. Pricing was fair, one of the better prices I was quoted for the job.

It was fine until I got all these huge estimates that my air unit apparently needed done totaling in the thousands.

My son made this appointment for me. I just lost my husband in September and on a fixed income, so we asked how much it may cost to hook my gas stove up before anyone came out, they couldn't say but the plumber would tell me on sight. Mr. Guy came out and quoted me $197I had to say no but thank you for coming. After he asked about $100 I still could not go that high. He asked what I could spend and I said $75 was the highest I could go. He saw my husband's navy picture and said I see you have a veteran in the family and it is Christmas so he did the job for $75. Austin and his partner did a solid job. It was a very difficult operation dealing with old cast iron plumbing but everything went well. Very polite workers, good guys. The estimate was free and he probably spent a good hour looking at it to analyze the problem. I got a second opinion and Jolly plumbing beat their price as well. 👍

Tino was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the problem and providing solutions. He was helpful in checking a few other things as well. Jolly will absolutely be my go to for any future issues.

Shawn was awesome! He was extremely friendly and explained everything as we were going along. He was able to quickly and correctly diagnose an issue we were having with our downspout drains. The previous plumbing company misdiagnosed the issue and has not bothered to call me back after repeated attempts. Jolly Plumbing and Shawn have someone coming out within the next two hours to fix the issue and it will be at a fraction of the cost.

Great service from Guy,The gentleman that came to check out a possible busted pipe. It wasn’t and he was very through. Even set up the next appointment to make the repair while he was in our house. So we know when to expect them back and told us how to still use the water and not ruin the carpet. Great guy, good personality and excellent service.

Audrey was outstanding and everything about my experience with Jolly went smoothly. I called at 8am on a Monday morning, she was here by 10:20am and I had heat by 3pm. This was after she had to drive an hour each way for the part. I would highly recommend Jolly!

Jolly Plumbing had come out to fix a water leak in our front yard that had been leaking for well over a week. The company we rent from contracted these guys out. The leak is fixed.. so that part is great, however, the mess they left in our yard is terrible! I do property Management myself and had a contractor left one of my residents yard looking like that, I would’ve been calling them back. They had tire tracks and mud out into the road where they apparently drove through the wettest area of the grass instead of coming from the opposite way! The yard is indented and torn up. Unacceptable... and the lady who called an hour before they came out, told me that we had to be there after they had told us we didn’t because the shut off is on the outside of the house! She argued with me until my husband called and spoke directly to the technician because both of us were at work! The communication and finish of the yard was absolutely awful. Again, the leak is fixed so for that I am grateful, but the rest was unacceptable.

Basic furnace inspection revealed big problems from a half hearted installation from another company. Audrey was great in describing the issues and giving me the cheapest solutions before I even declared my desire to replace the entire unit.

Ronnie, Kent and Erich spent hours yesterday locating and removing a drain blockage. They went above and beyond to complete this process. Friendly, professional and dedicated!!!

Edit: Have to edit my review since all of the expensive work they did actually didn't fix the issue that we had called them for anyway. Just very bummed out and frustrated. However they still did discover other issues that needed fixing.Original: I want to be clear that Rob and Tyler deserve 5 stars! They were amazing and very patient with all of the questions I had for them. They were also super easy to talk to and very thorough. Loved them!However, I give 4 stars because after my boyfriend and I signed the forms agreeing to pay the bill, we found out from multiple family members and friends that whatever we were charged was much, much more expensive than if we went somewhere else. So just know that while you are getting quality service, they are very expensive. Just something to keep in mind!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Ryan arrived promptly at 8:30am and walked through the inspection with us. He gave us many options with different price points and after we decided what work we wanted done, told us he could do it same-day! Because he ended up needing assistance (ugh, my old house), Zach arrived in the afternoon. Both were very professional, friendly and dedicated to their craft. Kyle and Nick came out and fixed the galvanized piping in my house today and did a great job. They arrived at the expected time and completed the job in a quick timely manner. They planned on fixing one pipe but when they saw more issues needed addressing they went back to the store for more equipment and returned right away. They also unclogged sinks at no extra charge and offered a discount. Both very professional and courteous. Very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend this company.

After noticing a water leak in our ceiling I called Jolly to request a plumber to evaluate. The first plumber came the same day & identified a couple potential issues & provided potential estimates between $2k - $6k. Anticipating a major repair inclusive of a gut & full remodel we needed a couple weeks to secure funding. Being ready to move forward with a major repair/remodel, we had a different plumber, Shawn, from Jolly arrive today to start making the repairs. Shawn found the problem was not as complicated as the first plumber initially thought. He was able to make the repair without having to break through the tile to get into the wall, saving us thousands of dollars & a complete remodel. Our final bill was just over $300. Shawn is an asset to the company & I would recommend him to family or friends. Thank you Shawn!

I'd already contacted several places trying to get a water line installed to my fridge. Jolly Plumbing had someone at my door the same evening to give me a quote and complete the install. Brennden was efficient and pleasant. Very satisfied.

I would recommend Jolly Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing or heating air-conditioning service. They were excellent! Was not happy that my appointment was not set when it was suppose to be set and I had to pay a emergency fee because it was a Saturday. But I have dealt with Russell on 2 occasions and he was very honest and responsive and you could tell he cared about preforming great work and customer service.

First time using Jolly. Had them install a gas line extension to kitchen so we could add a gas stove. They arrived on time and were very courteous and personable. They gave me an estimate and said I was free to take it or get other estimates. It was a little more than I was expecting but I took it. They presented options to me as they learned more as the job progressed. And cleaned up well afterward. I am happy with the work and would use them again.

Andrew was very professional and the leak is fixed our new kitchen and bath faucets look and work great. We also liked his alien partner that rode in his truck.We could not have asked for a harder working and dedicated person to respond to our emergency back-up, at one point it looked like we had a busted pipe and it did not look good at all. Although everything was in working order, she pointed out areas to potentially keep an eye on going forward, and suggested possible future upgrades, but without any pushy upsell. We sprung a leak late one night. I called the 24 hour service line and the gentleman on the phone was super nice. They gave us an estimated time and they showed up and were done within that time frame. The technician Eric that showed up was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all the questions I had. He did a great job and I was pleasantly surprised by our bill. Jolly is honest, affordable, and they do great work. We will definitely be calling Jolly from now on!

Being new home owners and now owner of a septic tank, we called jolly to have it pumped out and start new! Our technician Damian was so helpful. We weren’t even sure were to begin with this process or even where the septic tank was. He came and helped us figure out EVERYTHING related to how to keep up with our septic system. He was 100% honest and said ours didn’t need pumped and that it would be a waste of money! What company tells you to save your money until you need them?! This company! Victoria and Guy were a perfect team, while Victoria was evaluating and verifying my efficiency and proper function of my HVAC System, Guy explained, in highly technical terms, with an explanation of those terms to me every step of the way, not only did I learn everything a homeowner could need to know about their system but the employees were friendly and didn't belittle me for knowing nothing about their field. They walked me through every question I had and made comparisons in a way anyone could understand, they treated me like I was their only customer, there was no rush, and they made sure to document everything for me. I would definitely say you're in for a treat if you get this duo because they also made it fun as well. They were not able to give me the best news but I didnt feel any pressure from them, they gave me options and made sure I understood every single one of them. Everyone at Jolly was very professional, timely, and understanding! Scott was super nice talking me off a ledge since I had a water leak in my ceiling early Wednesday morning, Dustin Freeman was out here fixing it by 10am. The cost was fair and the repair was done accurately. Since he was already here I asked him to look at a few other minor things and he provided me repair and guidance on them. I wanted to take a moment to leave this review because Jolly plumbing did incredible service for us! Our technician was Logan Hirth. Not only was he on time and very professional, but he had our best interest in mind! Our landlord wanted to cut costs and go a cheap route, but Logan stood up for us and made sure things were done properly and safely. Now me and my family can sleep at night knowing that no corners were cut! He replaced a number of pipes that were leaking gas, removed our old water heater and installed a new one. We appreciate his hard work so much and 10/10 recommend Logan Hirth at Jolly to anyone who has any plumbing needs!!

I had an error code on a tankless water heater that needed fixed. Called Jolly, said they would be out between 8 and noon on the scheduled date. At 1:30 I finally received a phone call saying the service technician that literally was in my driveway and pulled away suddenly was not qualified to fix the issue. I was pretty clear on what the issue was. The person on the phone lied when he said the information I gave them in my initial phone call never made it to the ticket. He then proceeded to tell me exactly what I told them in my first call. Once he found out he had been caught in a lie, he was pretty much speechless. I pay for their yearly service and this is how they treat repeat customers. Never again, I'll find a company more reliable and competent. Thanks for wasting my whole day.

Absurdly expensive. I am rehabbing a historic property in Covington. The house still had a lead service line and a frozen primary valve into the house. Asked Jolly for a quote on running a new copper service line from the street to the house. Jolly responded with a quote of $4000 to run a new service line. I asked them if they were kidding. They responded that this was their flat fee. I bought 100' of soft copper pipe for $200, rented a trencher at Arts for $80/day and paid a worker $12/hr to dig the trench below the frost line, and installed the service line for under $400. I realize that most homeowners are afraid of doing their own repairs, but get real. Do your homework.

Jolly came out the other day to replace a water line in the front yard. Did a great job. Just one problem at the end. While digging up the old line they felt it was necessary to tear up the side walk. Then when the work was done and after charging me $2800 to do the job, the the guy just throws up his hands and says he is not responsible for fixing the sidewalk. I called Jolly and talked to a manager about it. I informed him that it is not fair to charge me $2800 for a water line replacement and then stiff me with another 2-300 dollars in damages to the sidewalk because the plumber was to lazy to dig out the dirt from underneath or use some burrowing equipment. But no, they are not responsible for the sidewalk? They don't have to pay for it, and didn't need to break it up, so why destroy it? The customer won't mind paying extra for there damages, or they can write it into the contract for the customer to pay for them to fix the sidewalk. Sorry Jolly, that's not how it works! You don't write a contract to screw your customers. I just asked you to replace the water line. Maybe you should train your guys on how to use a shovel and dig underneath a sidewalk. Time Warner came out yesterday to replace the cable line that Jolly severed. No charge for that, and they ran a whole new line under the driveway with NO DAMAGE to my driveway. That is how it is supposed to be done. Jolly needs to take lessons from the cable guy! After this, I can not give any stars, and will not be be calling them for another job. I cannot risk additional damage, and or unnecessary damage. That, I might have to pay out of pocket for. You'd think after 36 years of service, they would have a better way of doing things. Another crap policy of there's is that the site will not let me post without a star. I don't care about the star at the top as for as I am concerned it is not there. NO STARS FOR YOU!!!!!!

My water heater began to leak and Jolly was there in an instant to fix my problem. Logan and Noah were the dream team and handled everything I didn't know I needed done, as well as just being generally friendly and personable tradesmen. So pleased with the service we received from Chanel and Jake with Jolly Plumbing. We noticed our a/c was blowing warm air at dinner so we called and spoke with Chanel and by bedtime it had been repaired for a very reasonable price but a kind, professional technician, Jake. This is why we’re repeat Jolly customers.

The tech did a great job on taking care of the issue. The took pride in there work you could tell they were knowlegable, cleaned up any mess and material. I am well satisfied with Jolly. I have used them in the past and they always do a great job!

Brett was polite and professional. He replaced the wax ring on our toilet and installed an emergency shut-off valve (so we don’t have to shut off the water to the whole house to work on the toilet).He was in and out in under an hour! This would have taken us all day... at least! Thank you so much for your excellent service. We will continue to call Jolly for our plumbing needs.

This work entailed using a jack hammer to dig up the concrete at the bottom of my driveway and repair, install sump pump, to install the drain and to smooth out the water damaged parts leading into my driveway. The new concrete was supposed to be slopes down away from the garage so water wouldn’t getJohn’s solution to the water that was going around the drain was to build tiny little slaps of cement and angle them away from the drain. But of course, you can’t lay cement on top of old cement and expect it not to break off, like it did. And I don’t even drive into my driveway!Also, when my neighbor saw the poor patch job done on my cement work during the fill he contacted Jolly and someone came out here to extend the cement to my garage covering most of the damage caused by John when he decide not to saw my cement before hammering it. But they only fixed the center portion of the drive way and left the sides warped and an entry point for water to continue to enter my house.He left the sides of my driveway, badly worn from water collecting over the years, installation alone, even though this was supposed to be address in the bid as part of fixing the concrete. Instead, he was lazy and built those little broke cement lips as a water deterrent.I called many many many times to voice this worry knowing water would still get into my basement because I know how it likes to come down the sides of my driveway and into my garage. NO one came out to look at the job.When the job was “complete” I saw a little snub white piece of pvc hanging out of my foundation wall next to the sump pump. John assures me the pump should drain this way. I didn’t feel comfortable with it because it seemed like the water could damage the foundation. I asked that it be directed away from the house. Instead of actually draining it away from the house, he put an elbow and small pvc pipe, put insulation around it and all this did was direct the water from my pump literally back into my house.Spring came I saw a sunken HOLE next to my foundation, below the foundation line. I sent the pictures to Ryan who barely acknowledged me and said he would send someone out that week.Wayne came and properly buried the sump pump drain into my back yard, as John should of done, but didn’t even though I asked him to. In May, I met with Scott, per my request, inside Jolly plumbing’s office. I said I wanted to give Jolly the remainder of their money but based on in the problems I’m having we need to reach an agreement. Scott’s position was that his company had done me a favor by not charging me to come out there and properly bury the pump line. I asked if he looked at any of the pictures that he claimed to have looks at because if he had he wouldn’t of said what he just said. He reluctantly looked at the pics and changed the topic. Such a sad way to do business.He was unprepared and had looked at none of the photos I had sent over the last 6 months. He has no photos of my property prior to beginning the work. And states that John didn’t damage my drive way with the jack hammer. John did and I assured him of it.But Scott agreed to take a thousand dollars off of the bill.Some issues I’ve had is the pump clogging with leaves, the filter they put in clogging 3 days after they put it in... but the worst is that my basement still completely floods when it rains hard as it has the last few weeks.Why? Because water likes to keep its usual route! The cement that was warped and needing repaired around the garage door, the issue I talked about with Jolly, til I was blue in the face, the issue John could of fixed with his jackhammer and concrete truck - but chose to do shoddy work and leave it there but create little cement bumps on the side of the drain (that broke off) is why my basement is currently floodingNow I’m stuck with a wet basement and Jolly wants to charge me another $1k to have the concrete repaired that should of been repaired as promised in the bid. I refuse to give them more money.

After a variety of interactions with Jolly technicians, installers and even schedulers, I'm finding that each instance is like talking to a long-time friend as opposed to a business. Everyone takes the time to listen, explain, and be productive at the same time. I'm not usually one to endorse service contracts for anything from anyone, but the service that I receive from Jolly has made it much easier to justify.

Jolly always does a great and thorough job. I can always trust everything will be done right when they come to repair anything. Today we had Russell come out to look at our AC system as it was not running properly. Russel had brought along what I assume to be a trainee. The window we had was noon to 4pm and they called me in the am to let me know they had a lot of calls to go out on today and might run behind. Russel called around 1:10 to let me know they would be at my home in 10-15 minutes. They checked out our entire system and found the problem and were able to fix it same day with no issues. I love that Jolly always has what they need to do minor repairs.

Great experience, especially for something no one wants to have to worry about with their house. I had a completely clogged drain that I couldn't manage to clear. Jolly was able to come out in less than 2 hours to get me taken care of. My technician, Troy, was fast, professional, and informative. The call also cost me less than I was expecting to have to pay for a professional plumber. I'm extremely happy with Jolly's service!

Brand new AC, furnace and water heater installed on same day. Less than a week later and furnace was leaking. A month later and the AC will not work. Answering service stated could not be scheduled until wednesday.They advertise 24/7 emergency calls but do not actually have that.Updated to a 3. Speaking with the actual company the next morning was appreciated. They sent a tech in the am who was very nice. In fact all of the technicians who have come to our house have been very polite and explained everything well.

We are renovating our bathroom and ran into an issue with the overflow drain which we've never worked with before. We didn't want to run too far behind schedule for finishing and Lauren, who answered our call, scheduled us in STAT. She was very understanding at how we needed things fixed quickly so we could turn our water back on. Once Jake and Chad arrived they were very helpful and informative. They answered all questions and explained how the drain worked so we could gain the knowledge for future projects. Always love you guys!

Great workers, awful management. Go somewhere else for your plumbing! Prices are gauged to feed the Owner’s pockets while the employees seem to get the bare minimum. I’ve heard of a very low retention rate here as employees are worked to the bone while not getting rewarded. If the company has a good year, the money just goes into the owner’s pockets. Pay a company for your plumbing that treats its employees respectfully! Greed may work for a business, but it’s not a good way to run a company.

They came out this morning for an upstairs bathroom shower leak running down into our kitchen. Our tech, Michael, called 30 mins prior to arriving as promised, diagnosed our leak issue, and even gave me caulking to fix it at absolutely NO CHARGE. He was professional and friendly. Could not recommend them more. This is our 3rd time using Jolly and we'll be back for all our plumbing needs.

Andrew M. came and gave me some suggestions about options to address allergens. He also checked my vents to see if cleaning would help first. Changing my filter wasn’t on the schedule and my filter wasn’t on his truck, but he went and got another one as mine was due to be changed soon anyway. He was friendly and provided information to help you understand all the options without pressuring for a decision.

Just bought a house that had been empty for over a year. When turned on water had a water line broken from freezing during winter. Had LOTS of water in ceiling and in carpet on floor.Called Jolly and they was there within a few hours to locate and repair the water line. Than early evening another crew arrived and started drying out the wall & carpet for 4 days. Then another person arrived to repair the holes (2) in the wall made to locate the break. Cannot tell where the holes are presently.Overall, a very professional job done by all. They handled it all.If ever have another need I will definitely call, or recommend, Jolly Plumbing. Not cheap but good work done professionally.

I had Roto-Rooter come and quote me a price for a job and the price seemed very expensive. I contacted Jolly plumbing and they quoted me a price that was literally 1/3 of what Roto-Rooter quoted. I had them complete the work and they were quick, professional, and very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good service.

Jolly literally was at my house within one hour of calling to help me with a sewer line concern. They were reassuring and ultimately helped me understand what the issue was and what I should (or shouldn’t) do about it. I won’t use any other plumbing company.

On 5/18/20 my waterproof basement flooded with over 4 inches of water as shown in the photo. I contacted the company and the supervisor flat out lied and denied responsibility. I called Jolly and Dylan came out and evaluated the problem. He could have attempted to run a few tests or checked for clogs but knew right away there was nothing he could do. He provided some suggestions on how to deal with the other company and left without charging for me for the service call.On 5/19/20 I contacted Jolly again after the waterproofing company refused to take ownership for the problem. Saul came out and brought his camera system. He took his time and ran his camera through several underground pipes and located the reason for the basement flooding. He downloaded the video to a flash drive and provided the proof needed to show the waterproofing company at fault. Jolly is 100% ethical, trustworthy, and reliable. Without them I would have a loss of over $15,000 from flood damage caused by waterproofing company that installed a system with several code violations. You guys are amazing!

Jolly Plumbing (tech name was Tino) showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. The repair was quoted and done in an hour plus he did some extra checks and notified me of a potential other problem. Prices are comparable to other professional / residential plumbers. I'll use Jolly again if needed.

Mike was great. He was very friendly and showed me what my septic tank looked like inside. He educated me on ways to keep it healthy as well. Mike was also kind enough to quickly look at a drain in my laundry room that I’ve been concerned about. They took time teaching the new touchscreen thermostat tech ops to Dave Jackson and me!7/14/23 - Jolly HVAC tech Mercedes Smith did a great job in diagnosis problems with our 21 year old system. A cracked primary heat exchanger, damaged secondary heat exchanger, and oil-leaking condenser motor signal it was time for a change. Jolly’s HVAC sales tech Danny Goins clearly explained our replacement options.7/5/23 - Jolly Plumbing tech Shawn Watson did an EXCELLENT job of diagnosing what was wrong with the kitchen faucet and cured it! Low water pressure/flow due to hard water deposit build up in older pipes (Gtr. Cinti. WW - is there some more water treatment you use that would help to slow this problem!!!). Shawn investigated the problem rather than selling unneeded equipment or extensive re-piping. As a retired sewer employee (MSDGC), this is type of service I appreciate and value, as well as expect from a great plumbing company and its trained employees!!!

Asked them to do a simple job, wanted to charge $1100 and insisted on replacing multiple valves, thermostats, and then charged $300 for diagnosing the part I asked them to replace as bad. Total rip off. I could have had a new hot water heater installed by my normal plumber for $1,100. . . . It was a 25 dollar part, I replaced myself the next day, it took 25 minutes for me to do.

Couldn't find anything to complain about. Very nice guy, fast work, but still thorough.

Originally called Jolly Plumbing, because they seemed reasonable and knowledgeable with their estimate to fix our gas line leak. It soon became apparent that they wanted to price gauge us and charge an additional $400 to perform a pressure test. Later we found out, this test is usually a routine part in a plumbers evaluation of the issue. The Duke Energy representative was shocked to hear how much Jolly wanted to charge to run the test. After the work was done, we consulted other plumbers and most charged, at most, half of what Jolly plumbing did to pressure test.Our gas was turned off by Duke Energy. Jolly Plumbing took advantage of this situation by price gouging us for on a service that should be standard in this situation.

I don’t work for Jolly and I don’t leave reviews ever. But Victoria at Jolly exceeded my expectations People listen up, these days I would trust a greasy, used car salesman over most HVAC technicians (they are paid salesman too). However, Jolly doesn’t work that way. You are not going to find many hvac companies that will give you a free estimate. Then provide you an honest quote. Yes, I said honest quote. Victoria reviewed a quote given to my wife from a well known hvac company in the greater Cincinnati area. She informed us that none of the proposed repairs were issues at all, that our system is functioning perfectly. My out of pocket for the her time and trouble? Nothing. My response? Will be joining their inexpensive monthly care plan. I will trust Jolly for all my future hvac and plumbing problems.

They tried to charge me $1300 to install 1 vantiy. I asked how long would take and they responded 1 hour. If you are wealthy enough to pay for that go for it, otherwise get a reasonable offer

I have used Jolly plumbing for years at my home and business. They are always professional and knowledgable. Today Andrew was in our home fixing a shower diverter. This is the 3 or 4th time he’s fixed problems in our home. He always gets the problem fixed, is professional and very personable.

Erich went over and beyond in his sewer scope assessment. He was able to diagnose our drain problem and why it frequently backs up. Other plumbers had no idea. He had the problem fixed in just a little over an hour. He ensured it’s was functioning properly before he left. Came quickly over the weekend. Fix a shower that wouldn’t turn off. Then came back on Monday morning first thing and fixed the issue with the shower pipe and also installed a new water conditioner. Did a great job, was fast, and explained every step. Will use again.

I am a new customer, and based off of this 1st experience I would recommend Jolly Plumbing to ANYONE. They were fast, on time (actually early) for each visit and the pricing was totally fair!! Hear me when I say they did not give up until my clog was removed, as difficult as it was and the technician (Mike) understood that budget was a factor so he ensured he was able to do it in the most economical way! I am SOLD on this company after this and will be giving repeat business and referrals.

Had Jolly Plumbing come out for a new water heater and some plumbing work. I would have only given 4 stars since they arrived an hour late without a phone call letting me know they would be late but the work was done in reasonable time and the plumber that came out to do the instalation of the water heater and the plumbing repairs was great. The final cost was a bit pricey but all plumbing work is expensive these days. I am definitely in the wrong business, lol. UPDATE had Jolly come out this time i had a leaking shower head in my shower and had them replace 3 open and close valves. they did a good job but i think next time i will call someone else. to fix the leaking shower and replace the 3 valves was over 1000 dollors, ridiculous.

I doubt if this review will be published, but I need to express my disappointment at the cost of Jolly installing a toilet (that we purchased and delivered to our new residence ourselves). Not only was it an extremely expensive installation job ($450.00), the plumber did not remove the old toilet, but left it for my 75 year old husband to carry out and dispose of. The very reason we hired someone (in this case, Jolly) to install the toilet is that my husband has afib and his age has necessitate our hiring for jobs that he has formerly been able to do. As an addition, Jolly had serviced our soon-to-be former residence of ours just two days prior to the toilet installation. The job took all of 25 minutes to repair an outdoor faucet. The cost for this was $250.00. I would not recommend Jolly but I guess my mistake was to not ask enough questions ahead of time.

Mercedes Smith came out to look at our AC unit and she knew exactly what to do to get us going again. She was very professional and knowledgeable.

I called Jolly Plumbing to my elderly aunts home because the water heater wasn’t working. I was unable to look at it prior to their arrival . I told them she probably needed a new water heater. She only needed a simple repair, and that’s all they did!

I contacted Jolly Plumbing at 3:30 am and they scheduled first thing in the morning. Isaiah Maines with Jolly Plumbing arrived at 830 am and completed installment around 9 am after adding an updated valve and plumbing parts. Isaiah was courteous and professional, ensuring the plumbing was working correctly prior to departure. He also ensures there was no mess left behind. Overall he did a great job and completed it quickly so I would not have to spend my Saturday trying to figure it out.

Updated review: I've hired this company twice now, once to install a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, and once to run a gas line. I'm not going to say it was perfectly smooth, we definitely had a few hiccups, but Sebastian and Lance, the two guys they sent out, were both lovely and seemed to honestly want to do a good job, and when the company heard that there were aspects of the jobs I wasn't pleased about, they did what they could to make it right. I would use them again.

Replaced ALL gas pipes. There were Several natural gas leaks in existing pipes and these great guys worked diligently to find each and every one They also installed a kitchen sink faucet, repaired a toilet and installed a tankless water heater, as well as a water purifier. AND these gentlemen had nothing but great things to say about their company and the owners.Thank you, Jolly!!!

He told me that Jolly doesn't seal cisterns, but was able to get me in contact with someone who does, this was extremely helpful. Thought we had a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink cabnit causing water spots in our basement. Turns out it was the adjoining bathroom sink. Just needed a new O ring. After having a busted pipe in our in-laws condo. I called Jolly plumbing, they were out at 8am for repairs. I wasn't able to be on the premise when he came, but the maintenance man reported, the tech was efficient and thorough. Minimal damage to walls and none to floor. Great job. No time wasted. I had them out to repair a leaking toilet and leaky kitchen sink. At the time, the deal to get the discount and priority service and free pipe inspection seemed to be a good idea. I scheduled the plumber to come out in the afternoon, sometime between 1-6, and they showed up as late as possible. They took care of the leaky toilet at the time, but needed to schedule someone to come back out to fix the sink since it was so late in the day/evening.A few days later, the person came back out to fix the sink, late again. Everything seemed to go fine at the time and I left a good review.Less than a month later, the toilet was leaking again. Again, I scheduled someone to come out to fix the toilet, since the repair was still under warranty. I scheduled the person to come out, this time in the AM between the hours of 8 - 12. At 1:30 PM, I received a call that the person was on their way now. Not sure how this qualifies for priority service. You would think they'd at least call you to let you know early that they are running late. Regardless, at the time, they completed the job and the leak was fixed for the time being.Fast forward a couple of months and the toilet started leaking again. Now today I realize that the sink is leaking again, only worse. Also, I never received the free pipe inspection. Thankfully, the year is up and I'm no longer paying for that horrible service. So we're back at square one with a leaky toilet, leaky sink, and out a bunch of money to have someone show up late to play around with the pipes.I would not recommend using this company at all.

William totally saved the day. We had a line backup and were referred to Jolly for hydro jet services. They came out same day. We haven't been in the house long after just completing a remodel after purchase. Another plumber had left us in a bind over the weekend with no use of plumbing in our home. It wasn't an easy task, but so appreciative of the efforts and getting the line cleared so quickly and providing honest guidance for the future maintenance.

Made a call late Tuesday afternoon for a repair to the water service main and the crew arrived the next morning and had my line fixed by 11am. Arranged to have sewer line unclogged for Friday and they were prompt and had everything running again. The technician was thorough enough to answer my questions and concerns on the exact location of my underground line for future home improvements. I would recommend this company.

The first company I called wanted to charge me $800 for my plumbing job. I paid their “service fee” and sent them packing. I called Jolly and asked for a quick quote over the phone, it was very reasonable (less than half the first estimate) and we scheduled the work for the next day. Very happy with the work. Next time they will be my first call.

Installed a refrigerator and dishwasher charging me $2300 and didn’t appropriately install line to ice machine causing kitchen to be flooded and newly painted wall to be damaged. Damaged both door openings getting refrigerator in kitchen. Another technician came to fix refrigerator and told me my drain in the kitchen was clogged. He charged me but didn’t unclog sink. A third technician came to unclog sink. I called and talked to service manager who offered me money not to put a bad review on the internet. Buyer be warned.

Okay so Jolly Plumbing is top notch in plumbing knowledge (which I can appreciate) but not top notch on value. We've used them in the past for plumbing repairs. Today though, I was quoted $800 to install a $400 dishwasher, and there used to be a dishwasher before so it's not that they're starting from scratch. Double the cost of an appliance? That's just too much.

Definitely recommend Jolly Plumbing. We had a leak in our main waterline. Not only were they the first company to venture out and show up to give us a quote(bad weather), but could also get us on the schedule sooner. They actually called to get us in sooner than our original date. They were nice, professional and friendly and I will definitely use them again should we need a plumber. But let’s hope we don’t.

Audrey did a wonderful job the last time she was out to our business for our annual furnace check. Jolly was the first result on my google search for plumbers, and I’m glad they were because they were fantastic. They were able to come out just an hour or 2 after I called, which for a non-emergency situation I was very surprised and happy about. Zack and Aaron were both great, they answered my questions and listened to my concerns and ran through a couple possible scenarios with me. They were both very upfront and honest about what was needed done and level of urgency, and I never felt pressured to use their services then. When they were starting to work they walked me through what they were going to do and why, and what the process would look like. Afterwards they made sure to clean up any residual mess from the work and left the area cleaner than they found it. As well after they were done I asked about another possible issue in a completely separate room and they took a look and gave me their thoughts about what the issue was and potential fixes along with possible costs. They were both very nice and friendly and I would definitely be happy to have either one of them come out again (although of course I hope I don’t have to except for their routine checks with the Home Plan). I would highly recommend Jolly and specifically Zack and Aaron for any issues

We have used Jolly several times over the years and they have always made it to help us quickly. They are extremely professional. I have always felt comfortable having them in my home. This time, they came the same day, sent a text of the technician’s name and picture. He was very respectful and thorough! In the past when we had to use Jolly Restoration, they worked with me to take the insurance claim process quick and painless.Will use again and highly recommend.

Toilet replacement was done with less than adequate parts & service. [1st Trip]The plumber originally said he had to cut a larger hole in the drywall to add a small copper extension fitting for the water shut off valve (on the wall). The round cover around this larger hole is plastic not chrome & is just loosely hanging there & barely covers the larger hole that he made in the wall.The toilet was installed with metal spacers under the base against the wooden floor. The plumber was going to leave it like that with a 3/4 - 1 gap between the toilet base & the floor ! I asked him to chaulk it at the least. Plumber had to go buy caulk & other incidentals @ Menards !!! A plumber without caulk ? Really ?The inside of American Standard toilet bowl is shaped like a V & the used toilet paper gets stuck on the sides of the bowl & therefore you must flush 3 times before the few sheets of toilet paper will completely flush down.[This toilet is called a power flush - it can't flush completely !]Power flush...really ?The toilet does not sit level. Our previous toilet sat level - no problems.Not to mention the water laying on my hardwood floor foyer (when he carried the old fixture out) that I had to clean up behind the plumber.The original installation only met 2 of my original requests... (white toilet & handicapped comfort height) & the other requests were not met.Since day 1 of installation I noticed the seat was a nice soft closure...(I didn't ask for that...but ok.) Day 2 the same nice seat started moving side to side a lot. Looking closer, I noticed the seat is installed with plastic fasteners to the toilet bowl.The toilet seat is extremely loose & moves from side to side & the plastic fasteners are defective...Now let's talk about the cost. The total cost was so expensive that the job had to be financed & I have to make payments !!![2nd Trip]Jolly plumber (very young gentleman) came out on 4/15/22. Said toilet seat was fixed !4/16/22 the toilet seat completely sliding from side to side again !Plastic parts !!!Very dangerous.And 24/7 emergency service is FALSE ADVERTISING on Jolly Plumbing's part.Try getting someone to come to your home on a weekend.3 phone calls to Jolly Plumbing only gets you to an answering service.Very POOR Customer Service !!!The toilet seat is almost ready to fall off into the floor & now this could be a liability issue if someone gets injured.

Got a leak in the kitchen over the weekend. Was able to schedule someone to come check it out Tuesday.On Monday the leak had turned into something more concerning and when I called they were able to send someone over today to help out. The person was professional. The communication around arrival exceeded my expectations and I felt more educated to make a long term decision upon their departure with the leak fixed.

Rick Taylor from Jolly came to my home to replace a busted gabage disposal and fix a slow leaking drain.Not only did he show up about 30 before his scheduled time (which was great), but he also finished within 30 total.He gave me some easy tips on maintaining my disposal and even cleared out every drain in my home.Very nice guy and great service.I'm keeping them in speed dial from here on out.Thanks!

I've used Jolly several times now for maintenance and repairs. I liked them enough to subscribe to their monthly membership for annual maintenance. Their representatives were polite and attentive with scheduling. I had one of their representatives come onsite for an annual inspection. He recommended 7 emergency shutoff valves be replaced and stated my water heater needed replaced. I went back and tested all shut off valves and experienced no issues with it. I was given no explanation as to why the water heater needed replaced. I think it was really poor service to try to fear monger someone into replacing something that isn't broke.I appreciate the manager Mike trying to call me to give me more clarity on their recommendations. Customer service goes a long way to try to make an issue right. I would consider using Jolly in the future but would evaluate other options as they are pretty expensive.

Quick to provide quote. Good price and work. Took longer to schedule but I wasn't too concern since I had a temp fix. The bad was just the clean up. Replaced my water expansion tank and didn't dispose of it. Left it on the side of my house. Repaired my main water line but left trash behind.

We had a pipe burst going into our hot water heater and within seconds pressurized water was spewing throughout the house. We called Jolly and our technician Dante was at our home in no time. Dante was able to replace some piping and voila- good as new! Our house no longer looks like a game of Jumanji. Thank you for your quick and friendly service!

I couldn't be more impressed. I have used Jolly in the past for some small plumbing issues on the exterior of the house. I came home from work to find my water heater leaking everywhere and making a hissing sound. Techs came out after hours to figure out exactly what the problem was , and were very professional and curtious. They offered to stay late and fix it but my toddler was acting up so I had to send them in their way and deal with ice cold showers in the morning. That was so refreshing that I immediately text Lance who left his number for me the prior evening and he and his tech showed up within an hour. I opted for the tankless water heater and his craftsmanship/workmanship was exceptional. Tied up all the old lines, nice bends in the pipes that looks like a professional did it, had to move the unit over to another wall and run a new gas line. It all exceeded my expectations and I'm rather OCD when it comes to keeping a clean work space and doing a great job. Prices are fair, little on the high end but if home ownership, or life in general, has taught me anything it's you get what you pay for. Taking that into account, I'm more than sold on Jolly being my first call when things go wrong. Thank you and the wife approves!

They replaced the bathroom plumbing in the basement for the bathroom, and installed the toilet. They did an emergency job, because the flooring guys were here. Because Jolly arrived so fast, the flooring guys were able to complete their job!! I am so grateful for Dante and Tyler! My plumbers for life!!! Thank you so much!

I won't go into details on the job issue of recent, as I know it was a big job, and there was quite a go around over the price. I will write this review based off the absolute horrible service we were handed. I have used Jolly plumbing in the past, and have greatly come out of pocket quite a few times. No biggy, but to my own fault for not getting more estimates. They have always been able to get me in the fastest in an emergency situation where my time was limited and the job needed done at that moment. However, this latest job was a joke. We were scheduled in the morning and did not get service there til 11:30 ish. They came in, looked at the job, said they were gonna step out for a few mins to grab lunch and go back to the shop. Did not show up til an hour and a half later. When they came back there was a go around about the price. The manager, over the phone agreed to a price, but the service man that showed up handed us a notebook to sign with the amount they originally wanted for the job. Another call to the manager, and the response we kept getting (over and over again) was how they were not going to make any money. The service man then cut a 5 by 5 hole in the ceiling, and complained a couple times about how he did not want to get dirty. In the mean time I had enough and had a private conversation with my boyfriend in another room of the house, away from the service man. My conversation was not overly loud, but was a normal complaint about being there all day, nothing has been accomplished, and that they were bumping the price from our original agreement. I also added that I have had Jolly Plumbing there in the past, in which their own people have informed me that they up charge their parts by almost double. So the excuse of not making any money was kind of a void argument. May I stress again, that I WAS HAVING THIS CONVERSATION IN A SEPARATE ROOM AWAY FROM THE JOLLY EMPLOYEES! I stepped outside, and in about 2 mins the service man was passing me with tools in hand. He stated that he was not going to listen to me and refused to do the job because of that. I have contracted a lot of people over the years, and have had my fair share of bad work, but this one has by far headed to the top of the list. So, as they are concerned about their money loss, they have lost the money I was gonna pay, and paid two employees a full days salary to cut a small hole in the ceiling, and complain that they do not want to get dirty. I dont want to take three of them down with this ship though, they had an apprentice at the job. He was more professional, willing, and nicer than the manager, and the experienced help they sent. NEVER AGAIN. If you can find someone else, my advise is to shop around. Another thing I have noticed is they like to run to their van, to have private conversations. This leads me to believe that the manager could possibly be given only on sided stories. Customer service is absolutely flawed. I just feel bad for the people they have taken on this ride in the past.

We had a large job scheduled. Two men arrived. Both were extremely polite and respectful. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Not only that, we had scheduled to have the entire outside water line dug up and replaced. They found the leak at the very beginning and were able to fix it without replacing the whole line, at a much lower cost to us. So add honest to their description! We will definitely be calling them the next time we need a plumber.

I called Jolly Plumbing after a friend recommended them. I needed an estimate to snake a kitchen sink drain line. They were able to come out the same day, the estimate was reasonable. I expected them to have to come back another day to complete the job, they stayed and got the job done. I was very happy with their work ethic and professionalism. The friend who recommended them said they were honest and reliable and that turned out to be exactly the case. Jolly Plumbing will be who I call from now on. My washers drain pipe clogged up. I could not free it. I called the company(not Jolly) that I contracted with a couple of years ago and made an appointment for a service call. They gave me a date and time. The morning of the appt. they left a message saying they were booked up andcould not respond for a week of 10 days. With a tub full of water sitting in my washer, I called Jolly for an appt. They were here the next morning at 8AM, snaked the obstruction out, water gone from tub. Wife happy!Guess who my new plumber is.

We woke up Monday morning to find our water heater leaking. We called Jolly Plumbing that morning and Logan arrived soon after. Logan was able to remove and replace our water heater that day within a few hours and left the utility room cleaner than he found it! Lance showed up promptly and diagnosed our pipe hammering issue. We had a tankless water heater installed by a competitor who could not solve the pipe hammer issue.The competitor turned our regulator up all the way. Lance showed us that the regulator was factory set at 50 psi. The competitor turned it up to 70 psi. Lance adjusted the regulator and then pumped air into our expansion tank to meet the regulator pressure. This was not done by the competitor.Lance did not charge a large amount considering all that he did. We are extremely happy that we called Jolly Plumbing. We will no longer be premier members of your competitor and will use Jolly exclusively from here on out.Thank you

A couple of weeks ago, our water heater failed on a Thursday night. We contacted several plumbing companies that night and the prices were outrageous. Beware! They do NOT stand behind their work.We recently purchased a house that has plumbing work done by this company. The work was only done a couple of months ago. We called to follow up with a few things that came back during inspection. They basically told us they wouldn't stand behind their work since we weren't the original ones that hired them. Again, the work was just done.The person we spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude as well. Almost as if we were a major inconvenience to their entire day.Find a company that stands behind their work...this is NOT them.

Allen was beyond fantastic! If we could nominate him for sainthood… we would. Leaking/flooding in the kitchen and into our basement from an refrigerator that started leaking. He had to pull out all the stops because the previous owners had so kindly drywalled over the main shutoff valve and hid the valve for the specific line to the refrigerator behind the garbage disposal. We seriously lucked out with this guy! Will 100% be calling again for all of our future needs.

A water softener install was performed. Just an easy swap. I was not able to be at the home during repair and my wife handled it. The driver would not give an estimate over the phone even though the billing department told me later a standard rate for a water softener is $950. If I knew that before hand I never would have had them come out for a ‘free estimate’. They ended up charging us $750 for 4 hours of work and barely any parts. Since my wife agreed to the flat price and signed I was stuck. When I called billing to ask for a break down of parts and labor, I was informed that they don’t have an hourly rate. Just know that this is how this company works-up front fixed pricing. If you are not the one overseeing the work but are the one paying, you can likely get a better value somewhere else.

My ac went out in my home and my technician was there and had it running within an hour of my phone call for help. He did awesome. Checked all the other components and even gave me some tips to protect my units from over working. Amazing service. Definitely hit up jolly with any plumbing heat or ac needs! 😎

The first guy that came to camera my outside drain went to the wrong house. Luckily the mistake was discovered when the next guy came to tear up my driveway before he got started. Turned out I just needed the drain augered but further than the other plumber I had out could go. But Jolly showed up with the right guy with the right equipment. The only other issue was the cancelled the first appointment I had at the last minute (the morning of), but the service rep on the phone was very apologetic and gave me a discount on the bill. It was just bad because I had begged my boss for the day off. All in all though worlds better than the last plumber I had used.

We called a few plumbers and they all said it would take a week or more to get out. Jolly was here the next day. Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional, and the prices were reasonable, even a few dollars less than what they estimated. Will use them again.

In addition, he is a charming individual with excellent manners and an unassuming nature. I am requesting Corbin to be my standard technician. He is one of the rare ones in today's world.

Although I've had a couple of great experiences with Jolly in the past, this one was a little mixed. They were very prompt, scheduled to come out between 12-2 and showing up just after 12. I love the text that allows you to check progress btw...very helpful. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to help with the problems I presented. My issues are pretty minor, but I think worth mentioning. First is that they came for a free estimate but immediately started taking things apart. Before I knew it they were charging me $185 for something I may have chosen to do myself. I would have liked to have been told where the free estimate ended and actual billing time began.Second, they tracked dirt all along their paths through a house I just had professionally cleaned in order to get it sold.Third, they left the shower/bath tub that they fixed in pieces for me to put back together, which was easy enough, but could have been a nice touch for them to finish the project.In all, they got the job done and were friendly, but a little additional bedside manner would have been appreciated.Overall, I'd be likely to use Jolly again, but with a little more upfront clarification before any work begins next time.

We had a back up of water in our basement in May, 2020. My husband and I were so upset because Jolly had put in a back-flow valve just nine months prior and we couldn't understand how it failed. Jolly's technicians came out, assessed the situation, and assured us that the valve did not fail but that it was a back up of rain water due to heavy and constant raining (as opposed to our usual backup of sewage through the floor drain). My family was relieved. Jolly recommended an easy solution to our problem, and we couldn't be happier. It was all done free of charge! Jolly does honest work for honest pay and I could not recommend them more to my family and friends.

7 years ago a man from Jolly replaced my water heater. He was very friendly and had the old one out and new one in, in less than 30 minutes.It cost between 7-800 dollars. & years and 1 month later, I have no hot water and called them again. The 2 guys told me it needed to be replaced and would cost me $1900. For a 50 gallon heater. Talk about price gauging.

Regarding HOT WATER HEATER replacement. I would rate higher, however; the price I felt was on the high side. The customer service, as everyone seems to have mentioned is easily 6 out of 5 stars. Knowledgeable and very friendly plumber/service man who explained everything to me, including options, in depth. Thanks Cole. Pricing was also upfront and financing options available. The woman who answered the phone was super helpful, friendly, and professional. You can easily see that this company truly does value their customers. We had water gushing out of a pipe in the back crowd space of our home they showed up in less than an hr and had the issue resolved quick and with very great customer service. A little pricey but nothing compared to the damage it could have caused had they not been so expedient on a sat morning.

My ceiling was leaking I called at 8am they came at 10. Diagnosed the problem and didn't up charge me for an thin extra. Kind guy. Made sure to keep my house clean. Best end to a stressful morning.

This was a routine follow up visit for a Tankless water heater installation that was also fast and efficient. The experienced technician was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He checked the tankless water heater installation then he checked all the shut off valves, checked water pressure, tested water and offered up suggestions.on improvements. All this took place on my schedule.

Brendon showed up when he said he was, he was polite, immaculately clean for a plumber and left our luandry room cleaner than before he started working on our cloged main line( or at least i thought it was). Shawn was great. Arrived promptly after a request to inspect our water heater. He was able to determine the issue was minor and offer suggestions to keep the system running without similar problems. Even found an unnoticed leak the expansion tank. Greatly appreciate the attention to detail to head off problems before they become worse.

Lance came out as scheduled and gave us a detailed quote. We did not have an emergency, but wanted to cover all of the issues we were dealing with. He gave us options to complete one or all of the projects, with a quote that we could pick and choose from, according to our budget while prioritizing the issues. He was available to do the work while he was here, but when we asked to complete the work on our timeline, he rescheduled with his office to come back at our convenience. Lance came back today and successfully eliminated all of our issues from slow drains to replacement of valves and hot water bladders. A customer of 10+ years, I have repeatedly and enthusiastically recommended Jolly to family and friends. My most recent experience changed this opinion. I called to have a hose valve replaced. My technicians arrived 90 minutes past the promised service window without apology or explanation. The two technicians looked at my issue and then immediately went through my basement looking for other “problems.” By the time they quoted my job, I had estimates for $2,000+ worth of “necessary code” work. This is before my perfectly fine water heater also suddenly needed to be replaced. And my gas lines. All of which passed a thorough home inspection less than a year ago. The body language of the two technicians said it all - they were trying to pull one over on me. I felt slimy when they left, but of course they didn’t pull out of my driveway before sending an invoice to replace my water heater. I will never let Jolly Plumbing into my home again.

Had to shut our water off due to a malfunction of my shower fixture. Called Jolly at 8:00 am on a Saturday and was told earliest appointment was at 4:00 pm. Made the appointment but at 11:00 am received a call stating the plumber was on his way. He got here about 11:30 am and the problem was fixed by 12:30. Most of the time was spent going to HD since the part he had on the truck was not an exact match to the part needed. Definitely pleased with the service received.

Koko came to our house to quote a repair for a tub leak. He said the repaid would be around $1,000 and that he would send email me a document with an estimate and details of the repair. He never responded to me.Furthermore, I found a different plumber who quoted the work for $450 and then did an excellent job.

Dante Castellano spent two full days at my house doing repairs and I’ve never met someone as young as him as hard working and respectful, resourceful and cleaned up after his work! I’ll use this company again because of his service and skills!

Let's tell how much Jolly Plumbing charges for a particular service.Anyone can be on time and do a good job. Plumbing is not rocket science.The plumber came to my house and charged me $105.00 dollars to snake my bathroom drain. He was they're about an hour.I think that's a pretty darn good deal...

I called first thing in the morning about our sump pump and they scheduled me for that day. They mentioned it could be sometime in the afternoon but 30 minutes later I got a call and text notification with the plumbing technicians picture saying they were on their way. Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and super helpful. He completed the job on the spot and made sure we tested the new sump pump before he left. The company as a whole was wonderful to do business with and we will look to them for any future plumbing needs we have.

Had a water heater leaking all over my basement so called them. They were there within the hour and replaced the unit same day. Techs were very professional and friendly, new unit is MUCH more effective, and didn't cost as much as I anticipated. Highly recommend.

Alan Craig is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional technician! The sewage pipe at our residence became disconnected causing leakage and clogging. Alan immediately found the issue, accurately marked the location of the broken pipe on the surface, excavated five feet below, and repaired the piping. I'm pleased I got the seal on my toilet fixed. But not pleased at the charge. For a no more than a $40 toilet seal, charged $239 which took no longer than 30 -40 min. to replace. Then to top that off wanted another $260 to replace my spicket on my bathtub which I already had the part and another $139 I believe to replace the flow valve in my toilet downstairs which that part is no more than $20. I will replace that. I just had the seal replaced on my toilet upstairs because I needed that right away but to charge $600-$700 to replace parts that cost no more than $60 is ridiculous and would have taken no more than an hour to an hour and a half to replace. They could have made more money off of me if they wouldn't charge outrageous prices.

I have been using Jolly for many years, and they have always performed beautifully. I will continue to use them with all the services they provide.

Jolly Plumbing was amazing. The night before, my toilet wouldnt fully flush. That was a Thursday nightm I called first thing Friday morning and they got Allen out right away. It ended up being a difficult diagnosis and Allen went way above and beyond calling in extra help. They solved the problem and the price tag was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

The only “feedback” I would provide is for streamlined communication between different teams to be better (in my case my technician and excavation), and continuing to explain steps taken to the customer, but still a great job!

Jolly replaced the leaking main water line under my front yard. There were a couple of glitches initially. Someone was supposed to have had the buried utilities marked before Randy and Jesse came out, but this was not done. Once that was taken care of, they discovered that the excavator they brought with them would not start, so they had to leave to get another one. Fortunately these issues only delayed the start of work by about 3 hours. My water meter is in the middle of the sidewalk, and due to the way the old line was routed, they had to cut out a section of the sidewalk to install the new line. They explained everything that they were doing. In the end, the house was only without water for a couple of hours, so we were very pleased. It feels good knowing that we now have a reliable copper water line instead of the sketchy old blue poly line.Randy and Jesse have very different personalities, but they both work very hard and they make a good team.

Jolly was very friendly and prompt on the service. However don't be fooled by price. They do not charge an hourly rate just what they think the service costs. For 1 guy to be at my house for an hour to clean a sink drain they charged 272 dollars. That is ridiculously overpriced. This is the last dollar I ever spend with Jolly Plumbing again.

Again, our sewer line backed up and again these guys came in, early, clean, considerate and affordable. Willie even walked the line to see where my flow might be constricted. Found the possible culprit and gave me a couple of recommendations for maintenance. Great guys all around!

Very dissatisfied. We had a scheduled arrival time for 10am-12pm. It is now 4:45 and they are just now arriving. When I spoke with a technician this morning he said word for word “I went to another location because you weren’t supposed to be home... when I explained to him that we had a set appointment and that was unprofessional, he told me that I could gladly go somewhere else. The general manager offered us $20.00 off when they were going to be an hour and 10 minutes late. Here we are now, almost 4 hours later and still paying way more than their services are worth.

Only use Jolly Plumbing if your rich! They charged us 650.00 dollars to install a toilet, shower head and kitchen faucet! He was here for 80 to 90 minutes only. That's $8.22 a MINUTE!!!!WE have been a customer for years. My husband even used them at his company. No more.They've lost us and they lost another customer earlier this morning.Heads up people!

Website has all the right stuff where it looks like a great plumbing company. But tried to get a estimate freed my morning up to meet nobody showed called company said there was a mistake would have to reschedule. I needed help fixing a leaking kitchen sink. Jolly was there within 12 hours, had the issue fixed, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I appreciated them being on time for the appointment. This is the reason why I always call Jolly when I need a plumbing repair. Repeat satisfied customer

We had countertops installed and needed a plumber to disconnect and reconnect the sink. Jolly sent Clay Gray out to do the work. While Clay was here, he was able to fix my condo shut off valve while he waited for the installers to finish the countertops. In my conversation with him, I learned that they did bathtub installations. I ordered a bathtub and Clay came out once again to install my bathtub plus replace fixtures in another bathroom. He was very professional and upfront about everything, from pricing to timing of the work. I was able to check off several projects from my list in a very short amount of time. All areas that he worked in were left cleaner than when he arrived. He made sure I was in the loop on everything that was happening. He walked me through everything he did to confirm he did everything I requested to my satisfaction. I will definitely use Jolly again and request Clay for the work.

The men came on time and were very courteous. After they did an initial check, they explained what they were going to do and the cost. I had previously had another local company come multiple times but my drain still flooded. Jolly was here once. I did laundry and no flooding on the floor drain. Thanks guys! Andrew did an a fantastic job, identifying, fixing, and replacing several aged and missing components of the 37 year old plumbing system in our double wide. He arrived on-time, was professional, and his work looks fantastic. His communication was excellent and there were no suprises on the work he performed. Andrew did identify a new leak in a repair job previously done by Jolly and confirmed it was covered under warranty. He came back the next morning and fixed that also.

Tankless water heater installed and we thought its default heat setting (120 degrees F) was too low. Technician came by and reset it to go as high as 140F without any questions and no charge. I like the service level!

Very prompt, was here with an hour and half of call. Other company’s took 10 hours for response or can’t make it till Tuesday which was 3 days out. Also good old arlinhaus did an no call, no show. All the Jolly employees were professional, polite and prompt as well. Pricing was overall better and their membership plan is better than any other company. The best plumbers I have ever dealt with and I have worked in a plumbing company out of Lexington before, so I was somewhat familiar with some of the plumbing terms and explanations. They were thorough and everything they did was explained by each step taken. They went above and beyond for the problem and solution and helped make an unpleasant experience, a decent experience for the given situation.

Absolutely amazing individual and company. Alex Johnson was thorough and professional. We had what looked like a leak on the pipe coming into our house. When I showed Alex that there were two different lids in the berm he investigated and determined the leak belonged to our neighbor in the flaglot house behind us. He followed up and explained what will happen going forward. Truly appreciate his thoroughness as well as the communication before and after the appointment. Jolly Plumbing and their people are terrific.

Jolly was the second person we called to come look at our ac. The first recommended we get a brand new unit which would of cost us between 11k and 17k. They installed a brand new system in our house in 2014. The first maintenance person could not find the problem we had and actually did more damage than good. He blew our transformer when trying to start the system back up. Jolly’s installer found the issue from the start and was very clear with her direction and showed confidence in her work. She fixed the first installers error and did it in a timely manner. We were with Bryant for the past 10 years but have become jolly customers after the work done by Audrey. Thank you!

Had new toilet installed and the installation was not completed properly. Since the installation the toilet seat has been loose. Jolly Plumbing came back on 4/15/22 to tighten it and the technician said that it was fixed. However, it became loose again on 4/16/22 and is about to fall off. This is a liability and could cause us to fall and injure ourselves. We called since they are suppose to have 24/7 emergency service and of course no one is available tonight. Consequently I guess they do not have 24/7 emergency service!!!!! We are extremely disappointed with the installation and the service afterwards. The Better Business Bureau will definitely hear about this.

Whatever Austin gets paid is not enough. He was awesome and dealt with horrible repairs the previous homeowner left and was very patient. Answered all my questions and did a great job, will definitely use them again.

My toilet clogged up on a Friday afternoon and I called Jolly. The receptionist was extremely polite and professional and set up an appointment for that afternoon. Kent called to let me know he could come even earlier and arrived within 15 minutes. He was polite, professional and explained exactly what he would do and provided the cost. I agreed and he worked efficiently to remedy the situation quickly and he did not leave a mess behind. I would highly recommend Jolly and Kent and will absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs.

We had a good experience with Jolly Plumbing. We weren’t getting any hot water at all so they sent someone out to take a look at our hot water heater. Andy, the technician came out and replaced the thermostat and heating element. He was very nice and professional and did a very thorough job. We will definitely call Jolly Plumbing again if we have any other plumbing problems.

I called Jolly plumbing on a Sunday night after a pipe burst it in my basement. They had a technician scheduled to come out that night but I was too tired so they scheduled the next morning between 8 and 10. The technician showed up about 9am and was finished with the project in about 30 or 40 minutes. He did a great job. Technician was very professional went over pricing before he did the job did the job and cleaned up his mess when he was finished. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs, they were awesome.

After paying for an emergency service call to have the waste that was backing up into my bathroom. My service was having my septic tank cleaned and when my bathtub was still full of waste I was left with the recommendation to plunge it out. 18 hours later home office responds to my email with a “sorry, we can schedule another service call for you if you like.” Very disappointed.

The technician was Damian Kindle and he’s was very professional and friendly. This is the second time he has been here. He offered advise to help keep our system working better. Always a pleasure.I have recommended this company to family and friends. Just awesome.

Just needed to snake my drain. Kitchen sink was backing up and washing machine giving error. Thought price was a little high, but I was sick and had just returned from out of town and didn't want to haggle. I have used them in the past for a much bigger job and thought they were reasonable, but will likely check prices if there is a next time. They are professional and always on time.

I had a clog and after waiting until weekday so I did not have to incur Sunday charges. They arrived promptly and were very nice. Next, they provided an estimate -- but since the sink was overflowing and dishwasher could not run was kind of stuck. I think they took advantage of situation and charged $272 for approx. 20 minutes of work (minus talking and walking around). It comes out to over $800 an hour for actual work...nice profession to be in. Should have skipped college and became a plumber.

They put in a hot water heater almost a year ago. They were very professional and did a great job. I hardly knew they were here. Today Andrew Vorhees came to flush my hot water heater out. I’ve worked with Jolly Plumbing twice now, once for a planned hot water heater replacement, and once for an emergency call after I tried to do my own plumbing project which I failed miserably at. Recently had an issue and a tech came to my house. Tried to tell me I needed a bunch of stuff I absolutely didn't need and quote for services was outrageously high. Got another company to come and they fixed issue (by doing what Jolly said couldn't be done) for significantly less. Will never call this outfit again!!!!!!The response to my review is a flat out lie. This outfit was never scheduled to come to my house. That should tell you everything you need to know about them!!!!!!!!!!!!This business continues to lie and adjust their reply to my review. What a joke. Never use them.

I had called Roto Rooter for a problem and they were going to charge me over $300. Being the (wannabe) fix it guy, I figured I could probably do it myself and quickly learned I am NOT a plumber. Called Jolly and had one guy come out, said he fixed it but he didn't, called the next morning and they had Joshua come out, he got it fixed within 15 minutes, and no extra charge. Extremely happy. Will definitely not try to be a plumber again and will call for all my plumbing needs in the future!

While I have never used Jolly plumbing. I met Isaiah and Tyler on a flight to Cincinnati and they informed me of their services and price transparency. I enjoyed their passion for their trade and hope to use them in the future.

10/29/19 (Gas Line Repair) : Just had Jolly out again for a different job. Daniel and another plumber (can't recall his name) came out to repair a gas leak. Duke shut off my gas two days ago and Jolly came out as soon as they could (less than 48 hours later) and got my gas line repaired and running again. I am extremely pleased with the turn around time as it is going to be quite cool overnight this weekend. We have a 3 month old infant in the house and I am very grateful for the work being done as quickly as it was, which kept us from being displaced from our home! Thanks again, Jolly!8/13/19 (Water Main Replacemen) : I hired Jolly to replace my main water line from the street. The plumbers were Scott and Steve and they were both awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient all while doing quality work. They even found a way to do it that saved my yard from being totally trashed by the excavation and I'm grateful for it. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is because it seems there was a miscommunication between the estimator, Saul, and the team. They didn't seem to know what the plan was when they got there and, once they figured out what it was, they told me they might not be able to do it because the line might not end up on my property, which is a possibility Saul did not discuss with me and I could have had a surveyor out to mark the property line in the gap between the estimate and the actual work. While it didn't have a negative impact, it could have and I would have been quite upset had they not been able to make the repair. Regardless of that blip, I am overall very pleased with my experience with Jolly. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Dylan was fantastic. We had an unusual, complicated situation at our house and he just wouldn’t give up. He told us what he discovered every step of the way and presented us with our options. At the end of the day, everything was in perfect working order. Would definitely recommend Jolly Plumbing and Dylan.

Paid almost $400 for tech to spend about 90 minutes without a mask on in our basement in the middle of a pandemic. When he left there was a much bigger mess than we began with and the problem was still not resolved. Tech moved our stuff around to use as a seat while working and the response to flooding part of our basement inches deeper than it had been with sewage during work was to sweep it and leave it. Tech was at least playing good jams in the work van, which elevated this experience to a second star. Also appreciated techs advice that I go to home depot and try a $20 solution since the $400 didn't get us anywhere.

Our AC broke and we instantly got the help we needed! Tyler was extremely professional and broke the news very gently when he revealed our AC had well outlived her life. (She’s 25) He helped give us a temporary fix and gave his professional recommendations on what to do next. Jolly Plumbing just started their HVAC services, and they have my vote!

We had a leaking faucet in shower since Monday, a company failed to come out for our appointment so we called jolly. We had to have a new cartridge installed.He was here for 30 mins and commented on how easy it was. $420 later, seems a but excessive. I'm happy with the service and the technician was professional and friendly, the price was seems very unreasonable. I wouldn't call again for service.

Ronnie and Don were very professional and over all wonderful. Ronnie was able to help unclog the plumbing and made sure everything was all good before they left. Definitely will be using them if we have any other issues.

Andrew did an inspection and replaced some leaky sections of pipe. He did a great job and went over some other things I might want to take care of. Erich took pictures and videos of the inside of my pipes and explained all the issues and proposed different solutions. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

Ryan came out and assessed what needed to be done then came back the following morning with all parts needed (and a little help) and did the repairs that were necessary to have our shop bathroom up and running, and our women's restroom sink leak and drip free!Ryan was very professional and personable. Jolly Plumbing helped me with a major plumbing issue a couple of years back. Originally, a different plumbing company had come out and I didn't feel confident that they had actually located where the problem was. I got a second opinion with Jolly Plumbing. They were able to locate the issue and took care of it in a matter of just a couple of days (included digging up my front yard, repairing the sewage pipes, and filling the yard back).I ran into a much smaller plumbing issue (small leak) and they came out on time, repaired it, and were very easy to work with. Very friendly and professional.They'll be who I always reach out to with any plumbing problems and who I will recommend.

Excellent communication/service/clean-up/timeliness/quality - When I was surprised by a leak in our water heater; I contacted Jolly. They sent Dylan and Josh out within an hour of my call and they were able to quickly identify the problem, give me an estimate (with several options) and do the work right away in a very professional manner. This is the third or fourth time we have used Jolly over the years for both large sewage line issues as well as burst pipes... we know we will always get reliable service.

Zach was very committed to giving very good customer service. He explained everything to me of things that were an issue. One vanity had a cracked corner on the back. The other vanity had an open shelf and he explained the options. He was very conscious about cleaning up the 2 bathrooms. I was having new flooring put in the 2 bathrooms and I needed him to remove both toilets and he put one toilet back and he installed a new toilet in the other bathroom. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Andrew showed up on time and immediately began work. After evaluating the problem he gave me a written estimate on the probable cost to correct the problem. In a seemingly very short period of time he had repaired the pump and had it operational. The repair cost was exactly what he estimated. Andrew was a very knowledgeable person, he explained everything. He was very personable, engaging and well spoken young man. A real pleasure to do business with.

Dylan and his team along with the manager Tyler were absolutely amazing! They showed up on time, and always had their customer as their first priority. Not only did Zack call in advance to introduce himself and make sure the timing would work, he thoroughly explained our options, was open to consulting on various water heater options, and replacing our outside hose bibb all within the very same day, he also took time to get to know our dogs (which helped ease their anxiety and not bark the entire time he was here). During his time with us, Zack was not only a skilled plumber, he was also kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and super patient with the tricky situation of locating and repairing a burst piece of pipe in the wall.Even though a different plumbing service is located around the corner from our house, we will definitely be calling Jolly for any future service!

The work was fine, and the technician did a great job but I find the pricing to be a bit extreme. If I hadn’t signed up for the home plan at 14.99 a month it was going to cost me 400 dollars to replace a frost free hose Bibb that only cost 14 bucks. I really wish I would of just YouTube’d how to do.

Guy from Jolly Plumbing was great to work with. He came in and fixed my garbage disposal in about 30 minutes!

My water heater started leaking at about 2:30 PM the day before Thanksgiving. I called more than 3 different companies and Jolly was the only one that said they would be able to get someone out the same day. Their technician Erich was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful when he arrived within 45 minutes of my initial call. He provided me the pricing options and worked into the evening to ensure I had hot water for the holidays. Amazing service and I would definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

As always I get a text with the name and picture of the tech who will show up at my door. Always get a call at least 30 minutes before they arrive (today was actually 45 minutes before they arrived) so if you ran out to do something you have time to get back home, which is nice. Had a plumbing check done in the house needed a PVR installed due to my house not having one and the water pressure in the house was to high possibly what caused my front hose spigot to break suddenly awhile back. Always polite and courteous. I recommend Jolly Plumbing to anyone.

Made an appointment on Friday to have a busted water main repaired on Monday morning. Arrived on time , very friendly customer service however, they couldn't make the repair because they didn't have the equipment and couldn't come back until Wednesday. Going without water the weekend and now have to wait until Wednesday was way too long of a wait especially when they said they would fix it Monday. Disappointed. At least the service tech was courteous and professional, something you rarely see nowadays.Follow up from customer service, miscommunication probably on my part, anyway they promptly responded back to make the necessary repairs. Job was perfect. Customer service is absolutely outstanding and would recommend to anyone. Thank you.
