Our technician came out and did an awesome job explaining what was wrong with our system and helped get someone out for a quote immediately. With a newborn, we won't have to go too long without AC! Once John came out to give us the quote he worked hard to discuss all options. Definitely will be our go to HVAC team!

Just had Blake unclog our drains after major back up within all of our sinks and fixed a leak coming down through our basement. Blake was very professional, called ahead before coming and very prompt. Definitely knew exactly what the issue was in all areas and fixed everything very quickly. Also left us with some feedback on how to not have the issue arise again. Huge thank you to Blake!

I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

AC unit wasn't working, contacted them through text to set up a visit to come out and diagnose the issue. They were quick to respond and able to make it out the same day. Upfront with cost of visit which we appreciated. The technician, Bob, was professional and knowledgeable and quickly found the issue. He explained what was going on to ensure I understood the problem and then worked with me to understand my options and enabled me to make the best decision possible to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Plumb Tite was competitive with other local plumbers in pricing a drain stack replacement and hot water heater. Chad was knowledgeable and communicative. They got to the job a little late due to finding the parts they needed, but they wrapped up early, everything looked great. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get me in quickly.

We had Ken Neyer out for a second opinion on a collapsed and broken sewer line. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had with a service company.

I've had 6 companies out to look at this issue and to provide quotations. Many of those companies send salesmen/women to your home, some of whom didn't even take the time to do an independent evaluation of the problem. On the other hand, Rusty and Renee took a personal interest. Rusty took it as a challenge to manipulate his camera past the collapsed section of sewer line to help us get a full picture of what was going on.

Also, while we were already planning on pipe bursting, Rusty presented an alternate approach to excavation which saved us from excavating our front patio and sidewalk (which would have been a real mess).

They were also friendly, clean, and talked/walked us through the entire scope, providing a narrated video uploaded directly to my phone to help deal with insurance.

If you call Ken Neyer out to your home, you will definitely not be disappointed if Rusty and/or Renee show up to your door; I would even recommend asking for them specifically.

We had to have our water main line replaced entirely, and choseSchneller Knochelmann Plumbing to do it. Scott and Dan came out, dug up and did the full replacement in no time at all, only a few hours without Water. It was excellent service, they were both very friendly and on time. Best part is that they were very affordable and were able to explain the whole process as they went. Overall excellent experience withSchneller Knochelmann Plumbing and I will definitely be using them in the future.

UPDATEI recently had 2 appointments with Joshua Howell to have plumbing work done.The first appointment was to replace a pipe for our basin tub in our laundry room. Josh was very clear about what needed done, and why it needed done. Once he got to work he was very prompt, and kept me informed of progress as he was going (showing me the main drain was working fine once cutting out the old pipe, and letting me see just how bad the old pipe was clogged.) Once he was finished the work looked excellent, and my tub was draining better than it ever has since we moved in 7 years ago. He also left the area clean and tidy so other than the nice new pipe I'd never know he was here!.The second appointment was to replace two shutoff valves under my kitchen sink. As with the first appointment Josh was very clear about what work was needed, and why it was needed. He was quick with his work, and explained in the end everything that needed done, and showed me the new valves (which are very nice quarter turn valves which I prefer to the normal type valves.) The work area was cleaner than when he arrived (since I had a bucket catching the leaking water.) Later that day I hooked up a new Faucet and tested it and it worked perfectly. No leaks from my new valves, and they work amazingly.I would certainly recommend Josh for plumbing work after the excellent service I received!Jason Chapman came out to address a noise that our AC had been making recently. We purchased it back in March of 2021 so we were a bit worried. Turns out the issue was the casing vibrating and was corrected via thumb gum. However, Jason was great at understanding our concern and showing me exactly what the issue was and explaining how he would fix it. Amazing service and experience!
