Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Called a week out and made a appt. for complete A/C and furnance install. Took time off to be ready for install. Received a call 15 mins before appt that they made a scheduling error and Im out of the service area. Really? It took you a week to figure this out. Poorest customer service I have ever seen!

From start to finish, the professionalism and knowledge was top notch. Plumb Tite was the fourth and final company we called regarding a water softener system for our home. They came recommend and I would recommend. Dustin explained our options and answered my myriad of questions. While I did have to sweep the area after installation, the work area was otherwise cleaned up and neat.

I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

It amazes me just how much this young man (Logan Felter) knows about plumbing repair. It was very evident from the start that he was a dedicated, honest worker. He listened to us about the problem we were having with the toilet, investigated and told us what the problem was and what the fix would be. We agreed and he went right to work on it and had it fixed in a very short time. He cleaned up the area and explained the bill to our satisfaction. In the short time he was here and the short conversations we had with him, we believe that he not only is a hard worker but also a dedicated family man. The world needs more folks like Logan. Thanks to the Schneller Knochelmann Company for hiring and training such good people.

Tech came out was professional, he was honest. Ended up being just my thermostat not being pushed completely into the wall that was sending a low signal to the furnace. He didn't try to lie to me. He gave me recommendations on other services no pressure. Gave me their Hero's Program pricing because I'm a veteran. I will be using them again and getting other services as well.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
