Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

My A/C was not working. Called on a Saturday and got service on Sunday. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Service tech Mike came the next afternoon. He was able to identify the problem and resolve. It was under warranty, and there was no charge. He was very nice. Listened to my description of the problem and resolved it. Really appreciate the great service I always get from T&G.

I had what I thought was a unique experience. I wanted to add a stackable washer and dryer to my kitchen, which will save my knees going up and down to the basement. Shane was very professional and gave me a quote. I paid 1/4 of the anticipated bill and then ordered the washer and dryer which will be delivered hopefully on Friday. After it arrives, I will call back and schedule to installation.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate.
