The technician was very professional and friendly. I appreciated the phone call just before he arrived so I knew exactly what time he was coming. This time I had the same technician I had in the spring. All the technicians have been good but it was nice to see a familiar face who knows my heating/cooling system. Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

We called to get our sump pump looked at. It needed replaced. Fine. Then came the prices. 2000 for the smaller pump and $3000 to install the larger one. But the tech doesn’t stock the smaller one so it would need ordered. Feeling pressured to get the work done immediately (with heavy rains in the forecast we didn’t want to risk flooding our basement), we went with the larger one. After the work was done I researched average for this work and even taking into account that we got a larger more expensive pump (600-800 vs 300-500) the pricing still felt way too high. The work was fine, the pricing just felt way out of line.
