Chris Mathis was the technician assigned to my Spring service check and I will always request him in the future. He did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing and answered all my questions comprehensively and understandably. During this time of extra caution due to COVID19 he was especially careful to ensure both of us were safe. It is because of the high quality people like Chris, I recommend your company to family, friends and neighbors.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. 1 Tom Plumber is awesome. I had an emergency drain and garbage disposal clog on Christmas Eve and 1 Tom Plumber responded in less than 4 hours and had me fixed up in no time. Ryan, the plumbing technician was awesome. He spent time explaining how to avoid a future incident and how to keep my garbage disposal and drain lines in good working condition. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for an honest plumber who does quality work.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

I had called on Friday about a clogged drain. They had scheduled to be out on Monday. 2 hours later, I received a call that they will be out in 30 minutes. Nick Schultz was our a technician. He was very personable. Quickly fixed our issue.

Rex and Michael were so nice and knowledgeable in addressing the issues we have been having with our grinder pump! It has been leaking since we bought our house 3 months ago and after a long and drawn out battle with the home warranty company we finally ventured out to find our own ppl to take a look at it. My husband called them yesterday and they came out first thing this morning. They drained it to get to the root of the problem, grease and tons of built up debris that have been weighing down the float over the last year or so. Rex took pictures and a video of every step and took the time to explain everything they did and what may have caused the issue. I can't recommend them enough. We even signed up for the one year coverage so they will be back in 6 months to make sure the issue stays resolved and to stay ahead of any repairs that may be needed in the future. This was such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders and we could not be more grateful for their time and knowledge! We 100% recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs!

Nothing but flying colors with this experience. From the moment I made the phone call at 8.30pm on a Sunday to frantically try and get someone to come out, right to them cutting to the chase on how to best expedite the process, up to, and including, but certainly not last, the top notch professional that came out today, named John. John is what a salesperson should be. Kind, likeable, personable, knowledgeable, professional, but not too serious to throw some light jokes around, and really, I can't express this enough, just amazing.I'm sure all of your advisors are wonderful. Really, I do. I don't think a company this well run could have a bad one. But John was next level. Due to issues we've faced with other industries lately, we were terrified of how this would go, but John made me feel like a friend and he shot straight with easy to understand and fair estimates.Do I really need to go on? Because I won't know when to stop. Thank you, Knockelmann, for having such a great team and such a customer-centric sales model. Top tier stuff.I'll update once the unit is install, but I think that will be more of the same. Just me being very pleased and singing the praises of Knockelmann.

Very responsive, recommended a new HVAC to replace a very old Lennox unit. We opted for a whole home humidifier as well. Completed the job in less than 8 hours. Crew looked professional, polite and communicative. Updated thermostat and gave extra filter.Sales good job of communicating the process.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
