Best Emergency Repair Service in Cincinnati OH

Our AC stopped working on a Thursday night. We were able to have a technician out the next afternoon (Friday). Unfortunately, it was determined that our AC unit was beyond repair and that we needed a new one. We had a Sales Representative out later that day to review what our options were. We had the new AC installed on Monday afternoon. The new AC unit and thermostat were installed and the technicians did not leave until all of our questions were answered and everything was in working order. I am very happy with the knowledge and professionalism provided by all Schneller & Knochelmann employees we dealt with. They made the process much easier than I expected it to be. I recommend them and will be using them for any future heating and cooling needs.

My plumber Ron was on time and very polite. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up when he was finished! I highly recommend this company and there awesome employee Ron!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

They were friendly and on time. From what I can tell, the work was all done correctly.My squabbles:1) They recommended work that wasn't necessary.2) Despite spending thousands of dollars with them, they couldn't provide a breakdown of costs that insurance would cover. Project pricing makes it simple to understand the costs, but not very transparent on how they got there.3) They reached out multiple times for me to renew my annual membership but not to check in on the work being done.

Our technician Dustin was very responsive to our needs. We replaced a 20+ year old water heater with a new tankless water heater. Dustin explained everything very thoroughly and hot water is delivered to our tap faster now than we experienced in the past. We are very pleased.

Ryan and team made things very clear and responded quickly to any and all of our questions about the ductwork we needed amended in the middle of renovations on our 1904 Victorian. We were so impressed we hired them for regular maintenance and will be using them for a split system on our 3rd floor!

Matt was awesome! He took time to explain all of his findings and went over all of our options so we could make an informed decision. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and set up a same day follow up appointment with a project manager since we ultimately have to replace our current AC unit.
