I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

The builder for our new home had Neiman do all our plumbing work. There were some minor leak issues here and there but other than that everything was fine until one day our 3 month-old kitchen water line popped out overnight and flooded the entire kitchen and part of our basement. The response was pretty quick and solved most of the issue. People who came out to work on the issue were nice and apologetic. HOWEVER, it's going on 5 months since the water leak happened and there has been absolutely NO updates from Neiman on how the reimbursement for the damaged items from the flooding will be done. They didn't respond to my voice message so I had to follow up with them. Still no ETA on when this reimbursement will be processed. They are even resisting to pay for the extra electricity we had to pay to run fans in our basement for a week to dry it out. Oh and did I mention I didn't get a proper apology from the owners/management? Still waiting to hear back from them. I do NOT recommend this business.

Wow! Plumb Tite saved us when we were in a bind. Our tankless hot water heater went out 4 days before Christmas and needed to be replaced (which we knew would be the case.) Chad got us a replacement water heater and installed it within 48 hours. He was professional, clean and courteous and the total cost for the unit and the installation was competitive. We will be installing a water softener and we will only call on Plumb Tite to do the work.

I am BEYOND thrilled with the service provided - from the woman we spoke with on the phone who scheduled us to the technician who came to service our HVAC - we were given 5 star customer service the whole way through! Our AC went out in the middle of such a hot week and we were miserable. I figured I wouldn't get someone in to fix it for at least a week, but we called Schneller and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day! Sean arrived promptly at our house, ran diagnostics, found the issue, and solved the issue in an extremely timely manner. I could not believe how fast our AC was back up and running. The price was very reasonable. Sean was not pushy and we could tell he was extremely knowledgeable and honest. This was our first time using Schneller but it will not be the last - we are more than pleased!

Quality Comfort Home Services did a great job installing our new AC and furnace. Quality work and they explained everything as they did it and gave us some great tips moving forward.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
