Best Emergency Plumbing Service in Cincinnati OH

I have tried to contact the business directly before writing a review. But no response. They came out 2/24 and fixed my toilet flange everything looked good working properly. Got to talking to the installer and I asked for a quote on a water heater. I said if you can get it here today you can do that as well. He said he could, I said ok great go ahead. Excited to get these checked off the todo list. After further inspection of the toilet flange they secured the strap to the subfloor!!! Which then screwed right through the floor of the newly remodeled bathroom!!! One wood screw whole clean through and backed out. While the other half way and bucked the floor planks. Intros to contact via live chat (they said they would bubble this up to the office) no response. Tried the review via email no response tried calling same thing (we will bubble this up to the office) no response. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable I will say that. I get it accidents happen but 2 things 1. You don’t secure the strap the the subfloor while the original one is to the joist. 2. A little heads up that a miss take was made would be nice. Still waiting on a call back to discuss further

The staff at Gil Ruehl was pleasant, professional, and a pleasure to work with. As a maintenance technician for Oakwood Apartments here in Milford, I use this company on the regular. 1 Tom are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Those commodities are rare these days but Brenden with 1 Tom reflects those qualities in his work! Had him out twice this week, and his work ethic and attitude towards myself & our tenants was impeccable. He’s educated, professional & eager to find a solution to my ever growing problems which has compelled me to request him specifically on each call. Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

Mike arrived a few minutes early. Was very courteous, friendly and professional. Everything was thoroughly checked, and finished in about 1 hour. Great job!!Called again 9 days later when furnace wasn't igniting. CSR said it would be added to the day's schedule. Tech called around 2 PM, arrived about 10 minutes later. While it took a couple of hours to correct, he had to be creative to correct the issue. Thank you, Kevin, and Thomas and Galbraith for doing the right thing!! 😃 👏 👍DJ arrived within 10 minutes of the anticipated time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative about our AC situation, and very helpful with the available options. He contacted the sales team and set our appointment to have the replacement quoted next day. 😀 👏 👍It took Eric less than an hour to clear the bathroom sink drain and it's been working well ever since. 🙂👍👏Matt called and stated he was available early, and asked if it was possible to arrive early. He arrived a little early, checked and flushed the water heater, completed inspection and was finished in about an hour. 😀👏👍❣

Some confusion up front on whether or not they service Whirlpool water heaters under warranty. Apparently the receptionist was new and not aware. They called back and within a day made it right. I appreciate when a company admits to being human and still shows they care!

The service tech cleaned our dryer vent. He called to say when he was on his way, was very courteous upon arrival and performed his job well. We will definitely use this company again when other services are needed.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
