Called at 930am. They were here at 1230 only one who responded of the 5 major companies I called that day . Very satisfied with professionalism and courtesy and respectful of social distancing. Would recommend them to everyone. A smaller company MAY save you a few hundred dollars, BUT if they dont call you back what happens when you REALLY need them.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. The speedy response I received from getting a call and email from Oliva to schedule a time for a plumber to come was impressive. Jeff was my plumber, and he came on time and when he arrived my Instacart order was just delivered he helped bring in pretty much all of my groceries (7-8 bags). Jeff troubleshooted the issue at my home and didn't need much assistance from me which is great because I'm no help in that department. If I ever needed a plumber in the future or someone else needs one, I would not forget about Jeff the plumber. Thanks, Jeff and Olvia.

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I asked quite a few questions throughout the job and he patiently answered them all. Good performance

We had a small gas leak in our basement and Tarvin was able to come out quickly to fix the leak and I felt the cost was very fair!

Chad and team were great. He was very knowledgeable, realistic and worked diligently. They rerouted plumbing; discussed what commode would work best and installed the commode; installed new faucet in bathroom; and immediately diagnosed and fixed our water heater. We will be recommending him to our friends!

I will use nobody but Apollo for my home needs. I also shout out to Johnny who put a light up in my dining room about two weeks ago. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.
