Mark and his crew, Chad and Tyler did a great job. They all three were very professional and polite. Did a thorough job and explained any questions I had about our new HVAC system. They cleaned up the basement area when they were done. It looked better than when they got there. I would definitely recommend using Schneller & Knochelmann.

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)

Great people to work with and good communication.

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

Called after another service fell through and was so happy with the service I received. Had someone here in under an hour and in another hour the plumbing issue was completely fixed. So relieved and thankful! Brandon was so courteous and did an amazing job explaining everything.

customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

On time, did the job well, expensive but I was told ahead of time.

This was my best experience with a Cincy area plumber! Our leaky outdoor faucet has been a problem that Plumb Tite fixed by simply adding a shut off valve. This out of the box repair helped us avoid a HUGE repair that would have involved an expensive mess. Plumb Tite saved the day with professional service. Professional, on time, responsive, had the proper parts on the truck and very friendly. I've found a new Plumber!

Roto Rooter was very helpful with our plumbing issue. They were able to complete the job on time and restore our plumbing quickly. Jason was very informative with his work and even cleaned up after the previous workers. He also came back to repair a few minor things that had been missed and refill our driveway when the gravel settled more than expected. We are pleased with the speed and work done and we feel reassured that if we are unsatisfied with anything that Jason or another team member will come back as soon as possible to make things right.

We had a slow leak in bib valve, and was concerned that the access would mean taking the interior wall down. The man Tarvin Plumbing sent out was able to remove the stem, replace the gaskets and put it back in service. Very well done.

Jay was very thorough, and did a great job diagnosing the low refrigerant issue. Schneller Knochelman installed our air conditioner in 2021, and did a great job with the installation.

I was recommended by my neighbor to use Quality Comfort and I’m glad I did. They were super easy to get scheduled, as they came out the following day to maintenance my AC. Scott is one of the best electricians, he did a superb job explaining and installing the new panel to support my hard wired Tesla charger unit. The new electrical panel will provide the voltage and charging for my new Tesla Y SUV.
