Niesen plumbing did a great job with taking out and reinstalling our water heater. We would use them again.

Nick and his team completed a AC & furnace installation today working in a professional manner to leave the area cleaner than when they arrived. They reviewed all the current plumbing to replace & improve all the hook-ups required. These guys are all well trained on the equipment & testing.

My parents used Gil Ruehl Plumbing's services when we were just kids, and now here I am a new home owner using them myself! I've used them a few times already and am very pleased with their quality of service and their integrity. Not to mention their rates are fair! Will be using them again, and would highly recommend. We called to get our sump pump looked at. It needed replaced. Fine. Then came the prices. 2000 for the smaller pump and $3000 to install the larger one. But the tech doesn’t stock the smaller one so it would need ordered. Feeling pressured to get the work done immediately (with heavy rains in the forecast we didn’t want to risk flooding our basement), we went with the larger one. After the work was done I researched average for this work and even taking into account that we got a larger more expensive pump (600-800 vs 300-500) the pricing still felt way too high. The work was fine, the pricing just felt way out of line.

John & Chris came to my house yesterday and replaced a rusting water heater. They did a great job - they arrived when they said they would, worked without supervision or hassle, and finished about an hour before I thought they would. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the worksite clean and orderly! Imagine that..... Thanks Nieman

Phil did a good job fixing some pipes that another contractor had not done properly and he got my bathroom sink unclogged. Then I had him give me a bid on my third-floor bathroom replacing possibly the toilet and the sink. Next day a man called Mike left a message and asked me to call him back. He was going over the details of the bid for 3rd floor. It was going to be $3300! So naturally I had questions on exactly what they would do for that price. He cut me off and said “I listened to you, now you listen to me!” He was so rude and after he got done I still had the same questions. He continued to be curt and I told him I was going to get off the phone because he was upsetting me. I can’t believe after I spent over $800 that he could be so curt.

Rust Goins was the plumber that was sent to my house. He did an Excellent job finding out what the issues were with my sewer line. He knows what he is doing; he had lots of knowledge regarding sewer problems. He even gave me the most cost effective option to fixing my sewer! If you have any issue I would trust Rust 10000%!

The service guys these people sent out was either high or looked like they just got out of prison .I called Billy he was professional,clean and great at problem solving. I had a huge tree in my neighbors yard roots was the problem. He fixed my drain and replaced the damage from the roots and gave me a great price and service that was exceptional. I even checked others to check prices they were triple the price .
