My wife and I had a collapse in our main sanitary line. Pete and Noah were great to work with. Very professional, responsive and prompt. They came out the next day to begin resolving the issue.

True to my word I called John Baethke & Son Plumbing for the next plumbing job I had. This time I was helping my friend who happens to be 90 because his building has recently re-piped and he can now have a washer dryer in his condo unit.

I was able to get a next day appointment and Nathan from John Baethke came out and determined what work will need to be done within my friend's unit to install a washer driyer. Previous to his arrival the office called and gave me 45 minutes warning when the technician would arrive and Nathan came on time and insisted in putting on shoe-covers to walk around the apartment. He was curteous and took notes on what we told him, snapped photos and since we did not have blueprints Nathan took the time to describe the various scenarios the plumber might encounter depending on where the piping was in the walls.

Nathan said he would likely be able to turn around a proposal by sometime next week.

Cormac came to my house to give me a quote on installing a new hot water heater and he was terrific. Cormac is obviously very knowledgable and he did a great job of selling John Baethke & Son Plumbing's service. The quote was higher than the other ones I received but I felt if I hired them, it would be well worth the expense. Because I am currently between jobs, we decided to go with another well-rated company but will consider using John Baethke & Son Plumbing in the future.

Came in ran a snake and cleared the pipe. Great job and professional. $656.25 for about 15 min job just seems rather pricey.

Called for sewer rodding service. They looked into the catch basin and told me that it appeared to be in good shape. Asking why I requested this service, I told them there was a problem with 1 bathroom drainage. They identified the source of the problem by crawling under the house, getting covered in dirt and spider webs and still insisted that this was a free estimate. Jesus quickly shed wisdom on the direct problem...a problem that was not able to be understood or explained by a whole afternoon spent with ABC Plumbing. Highly recommended.

Called Sandoval Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged / leaky sink faucet. Eduardo was extremely responsive, coming within a few hours and expeditiously fixing the problem. Here is what I really appreciated: (1) this is a family business (father /son), (2) they are responsive (Eduardo was telling me they do 24/7 service), (3) they showed up on a Saturday evening - I had called multiple plumbing services, several had a $250 weekend charge just to show up (not including labor or parts), (4) they finished the job and did it well. Recommend Go-Rooter for everyone to use. I had a leaking toilet issue in the rental place and I called Go-Rooter. Alex, the plumber, gave a quick call back and provided me his availability for the same day. The communication was efficient and easy. During the work, he provided me the timely update on the work via phone when I couldn't be there. He also sent the photos of the clean up and the root cause of the problem as I requested. The entire process was smooth and clear. The charge is also flat rate based on the work.

Bob brought his team, performed Jetter (high-powered sewer rodding/cleanout) & also unclogged kitchen sink pipe (he fully understood the sinks initial/unique setup). They work as a team, are quick, pleasantly confident that they resolved your problem and all shake your hand afterwards. Furthermore, Bob tells you how to ensure only a regular sewer clean out is needed in the future, how to avoid sink clogs and gives a warranty for their work. Given my financial restraint, every now and then you run into top notch contractors at a fair price and the All Pro Plumbing team is one of them.

Pete Ismail from Rescue Plumbing did an excellent job investigating issues with our building's sewer system, explaining what is required to repair the issue, and completing the large project. He also was gave us great guidelines for routine maintenance of the system.

Right Away Plumbing was super responsive and came out immediately to check the leak area and the following day to fix the supply line leak. They were quick on the job and very professional. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend them for your needs, the technician I had the pleasure of working with was Matthew, a very respectful young man, he was on time, very sufficient, explained everything to me that he was doing, he overall just did an amazing job, I would definitely call and recommend they send him again!!!
