Brian, your technician, was timely, professional and efficient. After explaining the issue, he discussed the cost and additional products that were to be included as part of the service. After reading through the proposal and waiver, a signature later, Brian was able to return to his truck, grab his equipment and start the service. After 15 minutes, the job was complete. We filled out paperwork and he was on his way. He was personable and incredibly dedicated. A+ Experience and would use Roto Rooter again.

I chose Vanguard because they were located near me and had been in business for over a decade. I emailed a photo with my (non-emergency) issue and they replied to me first thing next day to get more details. They weren’t able to come out right away, but I take that as a good sign when a plumber is busy enough with work to not be immediately available. I wanted to pay a professional to get the job done correctly, the first time, and was willing to accept what that kind of work costs. I emailed on Tuesday night and by Thursday morning Jan was able to come out (earlier than anticipated) and solved my issue within an hour. Jan had the right tools, replacement parts, and even took the time to educate me about some valves on my water heater in my new-to-me condo. He was professional and friendly. I can highly recommend Vanguard Plumbing!

This was the third time we have used J Sewer. We have a lot of trees and have regular problems with tree roots in our sewer line. This time we had hydrojetting done with a camera. Jesus spent a lot of time cleaning out all the roots and checking the condition of our pipes. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a homeowner for 18+ years and have had my share of unreliable questionable contractors. I found Eddie and Luis on google and thought I’d give them a try. I had renovations done on my basement which involved relocating my water heater. I was unsure about connecting it so I called a professional. Eddie and his son were super responsive and offered fair pricing and in addition to the water heater I had them install my toilet and bathroom sink as well. Confidently, on a later date I asked him to re-configure the piping under the kitchen sink which would allow for more space and storage. He also addressed a two year old leak I had underneath my pedestal sink. These days it’s VERY HARD to find good, fair priced contractors for anything!! However, Eddie and his son Luis did a stellar job! I highly recommend them and will be using them for future jobs!

Our assigned tech was Jorge. Our kitchen sink was not draining and was backing up. He immediately diagnosed the issue and was upfront about pricing. The issue was resolved quickly and he gave us insight on getting reimbursed from the building owner based on the main drain being backed up and not our individual drain.

We would absolutely use their service again.

Had a pipe in need of urgent repair, Andrew A. & Joey M. came out quickly to diagnose the full extent of the issue, replaced a pipe stack through our whole house in one day. Excellent service. He came in on short notice after I called about having issues with my main sewer line which was backed up. He was able to fix it in a couple of hours and gave me a walk through of what he was doing. He explained how the plumbing in my house work and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable for sure. He was very nice and it was a pleasure having him fix the issues I was having. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

I really appreciate the honesty and expertise of Pierce Plumbing Service! Zuñiga was responsive to our emergent issue. They immediately fixed leaks going to the water heater first to allowed the gas company to restore gas the same day. Since it was late in the evening, the remaining gas lines were isolated and fixed the following day
