John was very professional and did a great job.

I filled out an appointment form online Sunday night 11:45 pm and I got an appointment confirmation email within 30 minutes for an appointment the very next morning for 8am. The plumber Felipe was great. On time, helpful professional. He did his best to keep the rest of the house clean. Very Polite. They had a pipe camera and showed me exactly what the problem was. I was VERY happy with the service. But wow their labor charges are high. You get what you pay for though. The plumber even helped me clean up some of the backed up sewage in my shower.

My 79 year old Handicapped Mother was in the hospital with Covid and I needed a rush plumbing job done in order to facilitate my Mother’s homecare. I called five plumbing companies and only Vanguard was able to provide me with two experienced plumbers the next day. They did a great job. I was extremely satisfied with Vanguard and their plumbers, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!!

Great emergency service! Gas company shut our gas off due to a natural gas leak. We requested emergency service from Apex and they were at our house within 45 minutes. Plumber pressure tested the system, located the leak and made the repair. Apex had our gas and heat running in no time.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

5 stars! Plumber expert Mike Koonce quickly assessed the problem source of my basement drain that recently backed up, and rodded out my plugged sewer line. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding their craft. Very happy with the service I received and would certainly them again.

We used Loves Plumbing for an extensive renovation project and we can't say enough great things about the work that was done. We had a BIG project and lived in the house while the project took place, which can obviously make for a stressful experience. John was tremendously helpful in making sure we were taken care of throughout the project even going out of his way to text and follow up with us on nights and weekends to ensure we were managing ok. John was timely, honest, straight forward and was great to work with; he is our recommendation to friends and family.

Cost very high and bad service as well. Do not use them if possible, a lot of plumbing service near by if you search at google. Simple un-clog cost $695 and did not do the job. Clogs back up in 10 days and still blames the user for it. 4 inch or bigger pipe can clog back up that fast??? They do not do after service and want wants $300 more to do the same bad job again. You could get the full service and more if you contact plumbers near them. Just search google. Don't use them.

This is overdue but I had a very good experience with this company and specifically with Sam. Sam came over to me fixed a pipe and that was causing a gas leak. He was so kind, patient and professional. Sam was also very thorough. He tested everything probably more than he needed to and really put my mind at ease. I've used their services twice and both times have been smooth and easy. They are SUPER fast to respond via the Yelp interface and if you call them they will connect you with a technician within the hour. In both cases, we had someone out within either an hour or two for an assessment. The latest call was for a kitchen sink emergency and Gabriel was out within 2 hours, made the assessment super quick, explained the issue and solve very thoroughly, and was back the next morning to fix everything. He was done within an hour -- sooner than expected -- and was careful to clean up any debris from the job and left the space better than he found it. Highly recommend Captain Rooter and Gabriel!

Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet
