Dominick at Sinks-N-Sumps was outstanding and I look forward to referring his services to others. I called on him, leaving him a message, which he promptly returned approximately 20 minutes later. Dominick adjusted his schedule enabling him to address my overflowing toilet immediately. Dominick's prompt response and attention were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, his services were extremely thorough, performing several checks which proved valuable as we thought we had the issue resolved, only to determine on the final check that there was still a lingering issues. Dominick stayed until the job was done and I was comfortable with the end product. Don't hesitate to give him a call.

A great experience! Dominic was helpful right from the beginning, taking time over the phone to troubleshoot my problem. Once we determined the issue, he made time the next day to visit. Dominick came to our house this afternoon to clean a drain in a clogged sink. We tried calling several other plumbers and no one else got back to us. Dominick answered the phone right away and was able to schedule a house call the same day. He was easy to communicate with via text message and email and called when he said he would to let us know he was coming.

The work itself was taken care of professionally and the sink is now working perfectly. Dominick also inspected our sump and ejector pumps while he was here (for no extra charge!) and found that the battery on our sump pump was out of water and indicated that it may need to be replaced. He filled the battery up with water and gave me instructions on how to check to make sure it works. He also gave me instructions on how to replace the battery on my own if it did not work. In my experience it is not common for a contractor to help a homeowner find ways to avoid having to pay for extra services and truly speaks to Dominick's honesty.

I will certainly use Sinks-N-Sumps again.

Dominick was amazing. So helpful, so quick to respond to our call, and very knowledgable. He came out to fix a leak in our faucet, one with which we had multiple problems before. Turns out none of the other plumbers could figure out that it was the entire faucet/hose that was the problem and it was sprouting leaks from everywhere!

I called Sinks and sumps looking for someone to come out and service our sump pump. Dominick asked questions regarding the type of pump I had and while looking for the answers I realized he was actually the person who installed them prior to us purchasing the home. Instead of trying to sell me on some service I didn’t need, he walked me through things to look for (leaves in our sump pump hole), how to make sure the backup battery had the proper amount of water, etc. I’m very grateful that I just so happened to call him and appreciate him taking time on a Sunday to provide advice on our situation. I’d call him for any of my upcoming plumbing needs.
