Plumbing 123 Inc

I’m not sure where to even begin with this review. Words are not enough to describe what lifesavers Victor and Chooch (sp) were on Christmas weekend when the the pipes from my boiler iced over and broke. I called Victor after picking Plumbing 123 out of a list on yelp for their excellent ratings and because it said they were emergency plumbers. They showed up at my house on the 23rd of December within a couple of hours. Needless to say, they worked tirelessly, diligently and with a sense of humor…which helped immensely, all through the night until about 4 in the morning. They also took the time to look and see whether there were other possible breaks or leaks. Victor even took the time to help me figure out how to shut off the valves on the boiler in an emergency….in case other pipes burst. That same evening unfortunately I discovered another large leak inside the wall this time and once again they showed up in about an hour. When I tell you that their work is perfect I mean it. Victor knows his stuff and is incredibly meticulous about his work. I am truly lucky to have found them and am recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again guys you made a really bad situation way better.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that was also leaking under the sink from the pipes. Victor did a great job. He replaced the old pipes and rooted the line. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Our toilet was leaking down to the garden apartment bathroom. Finding a plumbing company or just plumber just to come out soon was becoming a challenge. Especially coming back from a holiday weekend. So, After checking the BBB, Yelp and seeing all the reviews and someone who can speak Spanish (drum roll) ...I found Plumbing 123 Inc. I called Victor, setup an appointment, he came the second day after the call. Having access to both apartments, he did ALOT of going up and down. Got his steps in for that day. He did find the problem, our toilet was not set right and the ring was worn out. Who knows how long it was going on for , the toilet is only a year old. We never saw any leaks on our end. Victor made sure that is was not only seal properly BUT double sealed as a precaution. He took his time, made sure that there was NO leaks were coming thru the garden apartment. It's been a week and we haven't heard from the neighbor, so I'll call it a success and a job well done. Thank you Victor.

Victor is exceptional. Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I had a clogged kitchen drain that he cleared, and helped us identify issues to keep an eye on in the future. Victor helped me unclog my bathroom drain ! He was very helpful and patient. He was on-time and very reasonably priced. Victor told me to store his number on my phone in case of other emergencies. I really enjoyed working with Plumbing123 and highly recommend them !

Victor did a great job unclogging kitchen drain pipe and fixing a leak in basement pipe. Would definitely use them for any plumbing work, and will refer them to friends and family.

Victor was great! He was very responsive and squeezed us in last minute. He changed out and fixed our kitchen faucet. While there he did a few extra things without a concern and was very helpful! Would recommend him and use him again!

I’ve been using Vic and his guys for going on ten years , victor is probably they best sewer and water plumber there is , and an even better service provider, never met a harder working well rounded genuine human in my life , there really isn’t anything he can do, he is a hard person to come by in the plumbing and service industry , his integrity, honesty , fairness in price , and always there for his clients no matter what, he has been my go to guy for ten years and man am I glad I found him you will be to take my word on that!
