I was very happy with the overall service. The guy(Carlos) they sent was trustworthy and showed enthusiasm to do a good job in the fastest time possible. I needed a new shower installed asap and they got the job done within a week of my initial call. I contacted PSP regarding an issue with my sump pump. Pablo was able to arrive the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and also clearly cares about the work that he does. He explained everything that he was doing and gave me a few suggestions to help prevent problems in the future. He also left the work area clean an tidy, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommended!
