I called this company to fix my plumbing in my new house. They told me they cannot open it due to a blockage. They gave me 2 options either to dig through the grass and not 100% solution for $5500 or to dig through the garage and pay $7500 which wouldn’t be a 100% either and they don’t fix the concrete after. I was frustrated with the problem so i gave them a check half of $7500 for them to fix it. I called my friend to tell them and she started laughing at me. She gave me a number for another plumber who said they would do the same exact job with 100% certainty it would work for $1800 if they needed to. they got to the blockage without even digging instead they just cleaned the pipes further without any problem. Roto Rooter is a rip off they still charged me $550 without fixing anything when the other plumber fixed the problem for $300. Don’t waste your time or money.

Had a clogged and leaky bathtub and wanted to hire pros because I live in an old two flat. They were super fast. They were fast and did great work with very professional customer service. I highly recommend them.

My gas was shut off during the winter due to a leak in my laundry area. J Sewer and Drain Plaining came within the hour, found the issue and had it repaired shortly after. I highly recommend this company to anyone! Staff was extremely friendly and professional!

They assessed issues, explained them and then fixed them, and even cleaned up and took large debris that garbage truck might refuse.
I hope not to have future plumbing problems but if I do, I will call First Chicago Plumbing.

From the assessment, these plumbers were able to diagnose that the previous plumbers had messed up on all my new pipes and they needed to be replaced. They gave a rough estimate and proceeded to do the work. It was beautiful and I recommend what thye do.

I called Father and Son they arrived early and got to work immediately and were able to fix the problem.Omar and his partner did an excellent job, very knowledgeable and experienced. Took care of the problem. checked and waited there for 15 minutes after the job was complete to see if everything was running correctly before he left.A+ service.

I had a good experience with J Blanton and with Andrew and Drew specifically. The came quickly to replace a failed ejector pump last week and came free of charge for a follow up issue this week. They also gave me a useful tip unrelated to my repair.

Getting an appointment with Silverwood Plumbing And Rodding was easy and quick. Brian and his partner arrived in the middle of the scheduled timeframe. Both were thorough in their troubleshooting of the issue, knowledgeable, and rather quick in their work. The final bill was reasonable. While I did previously leave a review, I didn't go into detail. Josh went above and beyond to support us with our failing water heater and was upfront with our options. Even restored our water pressure issue by removing some shoddy plumbing work the previous owner left, free of charge! It was a bit pricey, but sometimes you get what you pay for and what I got was stellar service.

Walter and Manny came and thoroughly inspected my sewage lines and gave me a written contract on sewage work needed to be done. Walter was clear and upfront with pricing. No surprises. It was a lot of work done. Him and his crew completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and pleasant demeanor. Walter worked with my schedule seeing as I was very busy. I was pleased with everything.
