I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

I had a plumber named Josh that at first I have a good review. I came back to edit my review because he came to inspect a leak in my bathroom by way of my rental agency. He told me that the leak in my bathroom might have been from water leaking but wasn’t sure, so because of that, he would let the rental agency know that the problem wasn’t our fault. So I gave him a great review and left it alone. A couple days later, they sent a guy out to do a little spray painting over the water spots and that was it. Next thing I know, My rental agency is charging me hundreds of dollars for repairs. Josh told them that we didn’t have Matts down in the bathroom. And we didn’t but that’s only because they had been removed before he got there so they wouldn’t be in the way. Then he told them that there was mold from leaking water at the bottom of the tub when it’s not mold but chipped paint on the wooden strip that’s placed at the base of the tub. He completely lied to us and made it seem like we were neglectful and destructive. These guys turned out to be con artist. Nothing but liars. He smiled in my face, then told lies to the rental agent costing me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn’t mess with these dishonest people at all. They’re no good. Character and integrity is everything. They definitely don’t have it.

The owner William and his workers are above excellent .
About 1 1/2 years ago I purchased two toilets from
him and they were water saving ones which lowered my water bill quite a bit
My Parents had a hot water heater bought and installed from William and yesterday I had another toilet replaced by him .
William is extremely professional in every aspect
He is also very reasonable with his pricing and he as well as his worker explains everything in great detail

Had a great experience today with Wade. Pipe behind washing machine busted. Communication on when service person would be here. He is the most pleasant person. Fast worker. ** Too expensive **

I have a toilet bowl clogging issue and I called them. They performed a basic check with an auger for couple of minutes and it got cleared. Just for this effort, they charged $200+ bucks. For the next level of inspection to reset the toilet, he quoted an additional $440. But I’m lucky enough not to go that level. They are on time, professional, responsive and resolved the issue. But their prices look astronomical to me.

I've used McCoy Plumbing multiple times over the past 5 years. These guys are the best in the Charlotte market. Super service, fairly priced, highly qualified and friendly service professionals. This morning we needed a repair done quickly. Jack (@ McCoy Plumbing) arrived within an hour of me texting about the problem. Highly professional as always. The owner, John Stokes, provides quality workmanship. So many tradesman seem to cut corners to save. It is worth a little more to hire an honorable and knowledgeable company, which are two attributes of Pathmaker Plumbing.

We called to schedule am appointment for an estimate for an unknown leak in our kitchen. We know it is not the sink leaking but are not sure if it is from a leak from an outside faucet on the wall or an issue with the foundation/slab/pipes. When I made the appointment I was very specific that it may be an issue with the slab/foundation. I asked specifically, could they potenially handle that type of repair and the answer was yes. The appointment window came and went so I called. They said the technician was held up in the prior job but would be coming out. Two hours passed. No call, no show still so I call again. I get the same response. Another two hours go by so I call again. Now they said someone tried to call to say they couldn't handle those repairs from the Charlotte office. First, it could just be an outside faucet leak in the wall. Second, if they would have told me they couldn't handle this type of potential repair when I made an appointment at 9am, I could have called another company instead of wasting my day waiting for their technician to come out for an estimate. Now, I have been on a call for more than 23 minutes waiting for a response on why this happened and how they can fix this. Being on hold for over 10 minutes is not right, but if I hang up then I run into the company saying I wouldn't try to remedy it.

Chris was great! He was very professional and took the time to fully explain what was being done and why. He took his time, set the right expectations and ensured that the space was better when he left. I highly recommend this company and the service we had done was a condensate reroute.

# 1 in town for a very good reason!!!

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. To anyone in need of a plumber, we heartily endorse Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning. Once again, we appreciate Tony's prompt and expert reaction to and resolution of our issue.
