Best Video Leak Inspection in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

I love my AAA City Plumbing of Rock Hill, SC. Joe F arrived on time on 9/16/21 to install a new toilet. He offered to try to repair the toilet to save me money but I wanted it replaced because it's a 50 year old toilet. Not only did Joe F do a great job but he replaced my toilet seat covering too! I just found that so thoughtful and above and beyond! I also had them back to repair a leaky outside faucet on 9/17/21. Again Joe F was my plumber and not only did he fix this in a timely manner, I asked him about another outside faucet that was not leaking but had a broken wheel valve. Joe F did not attempt to bilk me out of money, stating that I could find a replacement wheel at most home outfitter stores and the fix would just entail removing a screw. I asked him about other services and learned they could install a garbage disposal which my mother had removed and they also perform detailed home inspections. I love this company and it's true...they ARE my plumbers for life!

Trevor M. was professional, helpful, informative, and very polite! He single-handedly made Roto Rooter look like a great business! He identified and fixed the leak in minutes.

I had called a plumbing company and the customer rep said that she would get my questions answered and was placed on hold, too long and I hung up. I reached out to to Charlotte Plumbing Masters and was greeted by Tim. He answered all my questions and shortly I had Mike, the Plumbing Pro at my home. He was very Professional and Personable! He answered all of our questions and explained the process. The price was great and transparent. I highly recommend this company. Customer service is Top Notch! Tim also did great on follow up! Brett tested our water. He did an amazing job giving us options for whole house water filtration systems. He also did a maintenance on our tankless water heater and now our water heater is back to working. We will be using them again.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

We had Plumbing Connection fix a significant amount of plumbing under the house, cutting out old cracked cast iron, and replacing the plumbing all the way up to the flange on one of the toilets. It was a big and messy job, and they knocked it out of the park. Derek, Bryant, and Brian did a great job and were super friendly on top of that. It's hard to find professionals that show up on time and get the work done faster than promised, and that's exactly what they did. They even fixed another section of the plumbing that wasn't done correctly that wasn't part of the project and didn't even charge us. Great people, great company!
