Owner William did initial visit to estimate hot water heater removal and installation and spent 90 minutes. Within an hour he had emailed Good, Better, Best estimates for the job as well as a pressure regulator install he recommended to drop our pressure from 90 to below 70 psi. Email included detailed quotes and photos.

I got three more quotes, including one for 20% less from a one-man operation using a lesser brand and one from a big box retailer,. I went with Mr. Rooter because William seemed most solid. In fact, I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I bought their 3-year membership plan, which I rarely do.

Mr. Rooter had a crew at my house within 10 days. As promised, the crew called at the appointed hour on the appointed day to tell me they were on their way.

The lead plumber Ryan was exceptionally professional. He asked me to move my car so he could park in driveway to avoid trampling my grass and always donned booties before entering the house. He also introduced his assistant. A second tech showed up to install the regulator and William came by for a QA check. I really appreciated the high-touch professionalism.

Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the job, letting me know when he was leaving for supplies, for lunch and taking a break from the heat, and finally, that he had cleaned up after himself and would check to make sure the gates in the back yard were closed. He showed me each installation and how to shut off water if needed and informed me to call the city to replace their meter at the curb. Finally, the crew took care of two minor issues for me. They set a high bar for Great service.

Ted is “The Man” when it comes to customer service for this company!! He did exactly what he said he would do and stayed overtime at no extra charge to make sure he did it right. He truly was a God send to my wife and me, and this spring we’ll have him complete the estimated work which was out of our budget here at Christmas time. We will definitely use Option One Plumbing again in the near future to complete our job as long as Ted is there!!!! Very impressed with him and the company!!!

Overpriced repair! I was quoted $750 for labor. The job was completed in 1.5 hours yet no adjustments to amount due. That’s $500/hour for labor. Overpriced!

Mr John Raymond , was awesome. He was on time, introduced hisself to me. He started working immediately. Explained to me what he was doing and how he replaced the part that was needed. He was kind and friendly. He also asked me did I know where my water cut off vale was. I wasn’t sure. He told me how important that it was for me to know that. He took time after he had finished the work he was there to do to show me where it was and what tooI I needed to use, and where I could purchase it. Thank you Mr Raymond , you was a blessing.

IRV came out to my house and did both a plumbing and an electrical job at my house and were super professional and competitively priced. Plumbing job was replacing three outdoor faucets with frost valves and removing and reinstalling a toilet that was missing a bolt in the base. Electrical job was running a new ceiling light fixture and associated switch, and fixing three older switch boxes that were missing grounds and neutrals and ripping up the floor in the attic to wire and run things. I am very happy with the work (my only comment was that I had to re-do the silicon on the base of a toilet they re-installed after repairs because it was messily done...SMALL COMPLAINT TO HAVE FOR THE WORK DONE!) and would recommend them again. Tony, the electrician, worked for hours to troubleshoot a difficult electrical issue (one that I had spent hours pouring over with my amateur electrician skills) and got everything done exactly as I wanted and asked.

We have used McCoy plumbing for multiple things for our business. Always professional and
on time. Would highly recommend from small repairs to large projects.
