These guys are awesome!...After having many issues they came through and got all my.problems squared away.

Our old tankless water heaters needed to be replaced. We were referred to Queen City Plumbing and I am so happy we called them. They were able to come out just a few hours after we called and had both of our units changed out for Rinnai systems the next day. Our old units would take forever to get hot water to the other side of our house. These systems are almost immediate. The technicians and installers were professional and courteous from start to finish. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and you should too.

I contacted the company for a gas line quote. I set it up for a Thursday. I was told there may be a chance it would need to be the following day if the technician got behind. We were called at 5pm Thursday and informed that the tech would not be coming and that it would be over a week before he could come out. I feel this was unprofessional and I decided to take my business to a company that valued my time.

Josh did an excellent job assessing the issue, timely response to service call, very through. I will use the service again in the future.

The price was reasonable compared to other places. Michael was on time and gave me a courtesy call before his arrival. I had a pleasant experience and would use this company again.

They were professional and responsive to my “urgent” need to stop a leak under my kitchen sink. Even before stepping into my home, Tyler kept me apprised of his ETA. Tyler diagnosed the problem, walked and talked me through what was causing the issues, and fixed the leak source. Tyler was aces! I will use this company for my future home and handy man needs.
