Very good service. Jason was very professional and did his best to solve problem. He is skilled and friendly. I contacted the company Oct 25,2022. And on same day in one hour, He is already showed to the house. Quick response!

Jeff Heavner was able to clearly explain the different options for me to replace two external faucets. I have an older tub faucet that was leaking and he provided good advice on the different options to fix the issue. He was efficient and did quality work on the external faucets that I had him replace.

They came out within an hour of me calling them. Super Friendly Service would recommend John to friends

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

First things first, company and technicians did everything correctly and efficiently. Scheduling was in a timely manner, technicians were polite and professional, and the job was completed flawlessly. My only issue was the price. To replace a toilet flange taking about 45 mins = $700? I don't know the plumbing market. I don't know if plumbers are in high demand and will only work for outrageous salaries. But I was taken back at the price tag.

Duane Smith is the best around. He is a great man and a wonderful technician. He has many years of experience so that was very beneficial. He got the job done correctly and is very personable. I will definitely call him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Called for bi annual service. Brandon, my tech explained everything to me. My system is at the end of it's useful life but still working.. He gave me options on new equipment which I asked about and explained how they work. So now I will be budgeting for a new system. Very professional and not pushy!
