A fantastic experience! Jason reached out to me early in the morning and arrived by noon. I actually called him for a second opinion on a very expensive hydrojetting that someone else said that I needed. He said the pipe jetting was unnecessary and he could clear the kitchen sink clog with an electric snake. Sure enough, he fixed in 10 minutes what morris jenkins couldnt do in 2 hours and he saved me hundreds of dollars. What i liked about them is they are about getting the job done right vs their image, marketing, over the top customer service, etc. Do yourselves a favor and get 2nd and 3rd opinions on work that needs to be done. I wouldnt say they would be the lowest bidder,, but ill definitely use again in the future.

Josh seems to be really proud of his skills and he knows what he’s doing. He was doing the proper precautions for COVID-19 by wearing a mask and social distancing which was a plus. His job was very well done!

WOW! Option One Plumbing and “Tim” we’re both a 10 out of 10!! We are in a high rise in Uptown and decided to rip out tub to install tile and glass door shower to upgrade. Once the tub was ripped out, I called two different plumbing companies to be told “installing a shower was not a possibility”. Finally we called Option One, and Tim showed up on time, dealt with loading dock, came right up the service elevator, and got to work!!! It was not basic, but he exceeded with expertise!!! I would recommend and use this company for ANY job, large or small!!!

Had a broken shower faucet leaving my water running constantly until it got fixed so I had to turn the water off to my home. Brett and Ian were out to my home faster than any service I’ve had in the past and got right to work. They had my shower fixed and explained each issue and what I can do to fix it in the future. Awesome service, great staff, and quality work. Thanks guys!!

Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! McCoy Plumbing has always done good work for us, and explains the work and costs thoroughly. On a recent occasion, Rick talked me through a plumbing issue over the phone because he didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. Taylor did a great job in a short time and on short notice. Fixed what needed fixing quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Even provided some free advice on how to better maintain our system. Would definitely recommend for anyone with any plumbing issues.

Was having issue with my hot water heater. Duke power sent Dickerson Plumbing out. I checked the reviews once I now know who was coming and was very reluctant to go with them from what I read. I had talk with a very rude person already with Duke today I wasn't in the mood to chance another rude person. Repairman will be Joseph.
Well today Joseph Joe arrived on time. First impression everything to me. He was very professional, courtesy and knowledge. I like that he put his shoe covers on.. After briefing him on my issue he got to work. I like that he didn't mind answering any questions I asked him. Very good customer service skills. I'm so glad I had no issue. He checked everything out and found the water turn off was I think too low which was also causing a issue with my commode. He was very helpful in telling me what need to be done with commode. It was not covered on my plan and was more than I wanted to pay. That's the only reason I didn't have him do it. Can't say enough about Joe. If I have issues again I will ask for this company requesting Joseph because he do not fit the bill for any of the negative reviews I read.
