Mixed feelings. A job well done but with limited transparency which doesn't give me the confidence I'd like for my next needs and recommendations.

I needed an outside gas line re-terminated to accommodate a natural gas grill quickconnect plug. The total weekend fee was $250 for the call ($129) and service which consisted of the installation of a new right angle joint and nipple... <$10 in hardware.

The price doesn't seem completely unreasonable in itself to have a licensed/insured person do the work for me, but when I pressed for the breakdown in pricing the tech was unable to answer me. Just simply said over and over again that it would be $250 total. I'd have a lot more peace of mind knowing how that $121 was itemized instead of seemingly arbitrarily, and possibly to my disadvantage.

TJ replaced my toilet fill valve, tank bolts and main gaskets, supply line hose, and installed a bidet, and verified there were no leaks in less than 30 minutes! TJ is a true professional and very talented at their job. Quality work fast and at a great price!

I call IRV for both electric and plumbing. Most recent experience was electrical. A switch plate had arced leaving a bedroom and bathroom in the dark. Jose Ortez was professional, on time, helpful and corrected the problem easily. He was very helpful with other electrical questions that I had. Service is very affordable.As a realtor, I also called IRV to winterize a home that is listed for sale. Again, they were very prompt and professional. They went through a check list required for winterization. Service is very affordable.

Had to have a kitchen faucet put in . Ask for Will. He's great . He put my garbage disposal in and now my faucet in . He was done in no time . He's really greatThis is the 2nd time I used then. I had Jeff. He was very good . My drain in bath tub was backed up . Of course we just fixed it but I did have him fix the part to hold the water in the bathtub. I definitely will use them again . We purchased a condo on South Padre Island last September. We immediately replaced the water heater.
