Best Plumbing Fixture Installation in Charlotte NC

Our daughter put seashells in our main toilet and our toilet was extremely clogged. I called three plumbing companies and Julian's Plumbing came out that afternoon. Mr. Julian spent the extra time to continue to try and get the seashells unclogged. After working on it continuously, Mr. Julian unclogged the toilet! The customer service was excellent and it saved us from having to purchase a new toilet at $650 minimum. Thank you Julian's Plumbing!

I have had some challenges with my water pipes at my home... The story goes that we were blessed with a batch from 2007 that were defective. The issue has been very painful to manage. Our home suffered a burst 1.5 years ago being the first of many to date. Charlotte plumbing has been there to help each and every time we have experienced an issue. All of their employees are experts and extremely thorough. Needless to say, we have had several occasions when we were without water due to yet another sprung leak in the pipes in our crawl space. I called on Charlotte Plumbing and no matter what they are here the same day and in a couple of occasions the SAME HOUR! You can't beat them. Trusted service, fair pricing, honest-good-old boy kind of people. Do not hesitate, you can trust these guys.

He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Excellent work today by the Breault team of Ray and Brian at my south Charlotte home. When my 20+ yr-old master bath commode would not stop trickling, they quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was needed, installed the necessary new internal parts, and cleaned up without a hitch.
