On Dec 23 we experienced water coming into our house from a broken water pipe under our house's foundation. I called Roto-Rooter because of a past positive experience with their service. A plumber by the name of Lal Mawai came to help and did an amazing job for us. He was highly professional, and really knew his stuff. He determined quickly what the problem was and then made arrangements (at my request) to come back after the holidays to fix the problem. It turned out that he had to run a new water line to the house...a big job. He brought in 2 other plumbers to help, and I can't say enough good things about this crew. Their professionalism and competence made me feel that my problem was being handled in the best possible manner. They worked hard, and stayed until the job was complete. I will call Roto-Rooter again if I have any problems. Highly Recommend!

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

The plumber came the same day we called. We had a toilet with a leak, and needed 3 bidet attachments installed in our bathrooms. Our technician was courteous, hard working, and thorough. He checked behind himself 3 times. I appreciate his hard work.

Repaired cutoff valve on water line

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

Be prepared to Pay More! $225 per visit no matter what service is provided. The plumber Charles was wonderful and here for less than 30 minute to change a hose on the washer. I was shocked at the $250 charge! Way more expensive than other services. I will not use them again!

Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

I contacted American Leak Detection online and requested service because of a frozen pipe in my front yard. The women who called me was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. A team of 2 people came out to locate my leak. They charged $700 up front in order to locate it. They marked the spot approx. 3'x3' I spent the next couple days digging, and went down over 3 feet. No leak, not even a pipe. I called the company back on a Saturday, and there was no answer. This is understandable as they were closed. I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I ended up digging from my water meter and found the water line wasn't even close to the spot they marked. I called back during business hours and spoke to the same women. She requested I email photos showing where the leak ended up being located. I sent these photos in via email. I requested a partial refund (not 100% as they did have time and labor here) I received a call back 6 days later from the owner Dennis Fair. I believe this guy is the owner of the franchise in this area. He was very rude and honestly just a complete D-bag. He asked why I didn't call back, and when I explained I did, and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message he said that wasn't true
