Best Jetting Drain Cleaning in Charlotte NC

We have used Julian's Plumbing for years and they always do a great job at a fair price. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. I highly recommend them.

Donald and Comorey did a great job repiping my house. Once they got into it, turned out to be a bigger job than they expected and ended up staying late to complete the job. They also offered to come back another day if I wanted, but I preferred to just get it done since they were good with that. They called in for some help and the job was done in one day as I was told.After they were gone, I noticed the water pressure in the bathroom was low, so I called again and Paul was sent to check things out. He cleaned out the lines and changed out another old pipe that had buildup, not letting the water through.Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about what was going on and just went in and got the job done. They were also professional and personable. They explained everything to me and showed pictures of the existing piping to show me what they were talking about. Appreciate the good work.

When I called, the dispatcher was friendly and polite and understanding of our issue. I had an out of town relative coming to visit, so time was of the essence. Matthew came out and stayed until the job was done, which was longer than anticipated -- and this was on a friday night. Poor guy. We liked him so much that he stayed for supper -- well deserved for his diligence and a job well done.

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

It was a Sunday and my shower faucet had broken. I called Charlotte plumbing masters from the time I called they were very professional. They got to me quick and fixed the problem. Great service!!!

The house I just purchased had polybutylene pipes in them. John came out and was very informative and gave me all of my options in an easy to understand way. He also pointed out some things that were not in my inspection report but were not to code with my water heater and pressure valve. Luckily I was still under contract and they worked with me so that I could work with the sellers to have them pay for the repairs. I hired them to repipe the entire house and fix everything that wasn't to code. They were able to start work right away and got everything completed in only TWO days!! They worked hard so I didn't have to be without water on either day and on the third day they had the inspector come out and passed first go around. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they werent necessarily the cheapest or most expensive but they were the best value for the quality and knowledge they provided.

Everyone that serviced our home was professional, experienced and respectful. Will definitely use again for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Very compassionate company.

Best place to work in North carolina

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. To anyone in need of a plumber, we heartily endorse Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning. Once again, we appreciate Tony's prompt and expert reaction to and resolution of our issue.

Carolina’s Finest Plumbing replaced two water heaters in my home. Later we found out that the soldering at one of the pipe fittings was faulty and spraying water. The company at first admitted that they had installed the water heaters improperly. However, when dealing with our insurance company, they denied that they were responsible for the resultant water damage. I can accept that people make mistakes, as they did in their installation. But for them to later deny responsibility because it might affect their insurance ratings, I find that despicable. Of course I will never trust that company again. I encourage all others to stay far away from Carolina’ Finest Plumbing. Their plumbing is lousy, and their ethics are much worse.
