Service technicians Andy Combs and JR Smith did an excellent job replacing my water pump. The work done was complete and professional. Both technicians were polite and did their jobs very well.I have no reservations recommending them and their company to anyone that needs plumbing work done.Thank-you to all at Ben Franklin Plumbing that had a hand making this job happen.

We had great hopes due to the reviews we read. They advertise working 7 days a week, however we did not find this true. We called on a Sunday and made a time to come by on Wednesday. We had to call to check on the time even though they were to call us. We were not given a precise time just that it would be after the first appointment on Wednesday. We waited all day and no one showed. When we called at the end of the day (after taking off work), they were sorry. We were called later and offered the next day however we could not take off or guarantee they would show up. Sorry, we had high hopes but we're left very underwhelmed.

My plumbing sucks in my home and I have had 5 incidents from 2017-2021. Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue every time. They do outstanding work. They are honest with the minimum to fix the problem vs extra that can be done to prevent future problems. They always make me feel valued as a loyal customer.

I am a House manager for a family who wants to stay confidential. Would continue to reccomend option one, every tech I’ve worked with has been professional- always on time. Today I worked with Shane who was very polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with.

Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

I needed a water shut off valve replaced. They were available the same day. Pricey but he did excellent work and I needed the issue resolved.

Fixed a bathtub drain and came back twice to make sure it worked right. Great people and service.

I set up an appointment with the plumber last weekend and he made it on time. Thanks so much for coming out to my house and replacing some old pipes.

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. On top of this delay, they are expecting instant payment. I sent a check out at their first invoice and have received almost daily demands for their money. 3 months for a 3 day job, they can wait on the Post Office for their payment. I would never have these people in my house again. I fear my wife would, however. Terrible outfit to deal with.

Fast response, very friendly, price was very competetive and problemed solved. Have added them to our approved vendor list for our rentals.

He was extremely polite as he diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the leak. He showed up ahead of schedule and quoted us a fair price. Thge Techmen really came through for us when we had an emergency with the leaking faucet.

Jason came through to replace a hose bibb for me. He was on time, personable, professional, and did a quality job allowing me to enjoy a weekend kayaking instead of cursing while trying to do it myself. The front office was friendly and got me scheduled quickly for the initial estimate and actual repair. They were solid all around. Thank you Jason. I appreciate you man!

We've used Presidential Plumbing twice now, and on both occasions they were on time, did the job well and charged a fair price. They are also friendly and professional!

Katelyn and David replaced a water heater due to an emergency situation. They were professional and wore masks. They answered all of my questions and documented everything for insurance purposes. I would definitely use them again.

We used them to replace some toilets and put in a new shower for us. Everything along the way went wrong, but they fixed what they said had gone wrong. Afterwards we realized what a poor job they had done. The shower wasn’t installed correctly, the window is partially blocked, the caulking was terrible, and the the shower they recommended to install is not what they said it would be. We called multiple times to have them fix the caulking because it was hard to clean the brand new shower. They never responded. The shower they installed is not an improvement, other than it doesn’t leak. It is harder to clean than my old shower, so I wish I had not gone with their recommendation.
