After two decades with a prior plumber and cutting ties like a bad marriage, Julians came to the rescue and fixed our water heater and was on time, courteous, fast, professional. He won my business going forward and I would and will recommend Julians to anybody and everybody..

Paul Glover came right on time and called before he was coming. He listened to my issues that I was having and explained the possible reasons for my hot water and water pressure issues. He had parts with him so it was a quick and easy fix. I have had other plumbers come in the past only to try and up sell me / get me to spend more money. I really felt Paul just wanted to fix it right and not do anything unnecessary. HIGHLY recommend calling them! I am a realtor so when I find a good contractor I will hang on to them and refer them out to my clients.

After calling several plumbing companies that could send a repair person out that day I finally spoke to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Thankfully they were able to dispatch Matthew out within a few hours. He gave a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He showed up happy and ready to help tackle the problem. His demeanor was so pleasant. He diagnosed the problem
and was able to offer a solution. I can highly recommend utilizing their services! An absolute class act in customer service:)

Okay, I'm gonna admit the truth... I tried to be a plumber, screwed it up, and T.J of Rapid Rooter had to fix it.

I contacted Rapid Rooter to schedule an Appt for A specific day. I was easily scheduled and T.J arrived on time. (That in itself is a good start)

He fixed the problem, didn't judge my plumbing skills.... or lack thereof, and was very amiable.

I will definitely use this company again.

All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Lawrence Hall from RYN did a fabulous job replacing our garage entry door. He communicated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and when. Very courteous and professional.

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.
