Little pricey for my taste...but overall did a good job.

Matthew was an amazing tech. He came out very professionally and nice. Looked for the problem and explained everything that was going on with my plumbing along with pictures. Matt was polite and prompt. My issue was that AAA City plumbing quoted about $240 more for the unit than would have cost me if i went and purchased it myself from the same store they purchase from. The benefit that they add for that additional cost was...a 90 warranty. Definitely not worth it. (I originally left a 2 star review)

After leaving the above review, the owner Dean contacted me and went above and beyond to clarify what was originally discussed and then took it a step further and resolved the issue at his own expense. Dean did not have to do this! Thank you Dean!

John Bird #63 was my technician. He was punctual, polite and cleared up my problem of clogged toilets quickly and without a mess. He listened to my concerns and explained things in an understandable way.
Cost was reasonable.
Office personnel were polite and scheduled the service to meet my needs.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Great company to do business with. The team is always punctual and knowledgable on plumbing issues. We moved into a new house in Georgetown and needed the clothes washing machine faucets replaced. Burl gave us quick scheduling and sent out Sam who was polite, courteous and did very good work. You cannot go wrong with Burl's Plumbing!

Called about a problem with 220 circuit and they made time the very next morning before a scheduled job to stop by and check it out. Circuit working again but stayed about half an hour checking it out - no charge. Love Toliny - would recommend to all.

Awesome work. Found Derek from EE Plumbing through our contractor when we were building our new home. Our custom bathroom is amazing! Great work and he was so friendly.

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Highly recommend; Clay was assigned to my project. He was informative, patient with my questions, fast with the installaton, and went the extra mile doing extra tasks in consideration of my broken ankle. Mr. King worked with me on payment options. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

We are so pleased with the work RYN services did! We asked them to install three grab bars and a towel bar. The grab bars were a bit of an issue as they needed to be mounted on ceramic tile-something many companies didn’t want to risk attempting. RYN was efficient with their communication scheduling Lawrence to come look at the job and give us an estimate. By the next day we had scheduled a day and time for Lawrence to come back and do the work. We were emailed an invoice for 50% of the job up front (standard) and were able to pay easily online. Lawrence came back at the scheduled time, again great communication all the way, along with apprentice, Caleb. The guys were incredibly competent, professional, and sweet. They did an awesome job and we are already thinking of other things we will be calling them back to do in the future. Thanks, guys!
