They spent several hours locating and repairing a leak in faulty pipes on the interior of a home from the mid-1960s. They were clean, neat, efficient, and friendly. Their manager, Kim, reviewed the problem Thursday, spent two hours locating faulty pipes and old plumbing issues, and sent two service pros out today, David and Josh. They did an amazing job. Would hire them again.

You arrived when you said you would, you performed the basic analysis of the problem, you called to discuss the options and explained the process you would be going through, presented an estimate by email immediately after we decided on the preferred process, performed the work in a timely fashion, and satisfied both myself and my renters on-site. The only reason I did not give you a 10 was because I know so few people in the Charlotte area thus it would be unlikely that I would get a recommendation request!

I had Option One Plumbing come out regarding a washing machine drain at one of my rental properties. Service technician Ted showed up on time... was courteous...professional... knowledgeable gave me options regarding the repair. He explained everything and took care of our issue quickly and professionally. We continue to be pleased with all the work from their team and especially, in this case, Zack. We will continue to call on the Jim Dickerson team for all of our plumbing and electrical needs.

RYN has a plumber out within hours of me reporting an issue, they fix in no time and everything has been goin great since!

We had roots growing in our sewer Cleanout, which caused a backup in our house. Another company had quoted us over $4000 for the repair. We asked Service Pro to come out and give us a quote on the repair. Service Pro found the problem, determined it was a minor inexpensive repair, and fixed it on the spot. We are Service Pro customers for life!

When no other repair sevice would answer their phone on a Sunday afternoon, Mattt answers on the second ring. 2 hours later he was at my door. He found the problem with my dryer. He gave me a very fair price on fixing the dryer. Very happy with his service. Glad I called him. Thank you Matt.
