They charge you a $69 fee when you make an appointment in case you cancel. To me that is no way of conducting business. They put you on a stand by appointment until you pay them the fee then they book you. I tried to cancel my appointment three days out and they charged me.Also, I see where people say free estimate, how is it free if they charge a service fee?

Matt came out and looked at my issue, which was I needed an upgrade on my outside electrical panel to install a flood area light. Matt gave me two options. I appreciate both possibilities. So I reached out to Duke Power and is waiting for a response.
