Best General Maintenance in Charlotte NC

I was very disappointed. Instead of offering to fix the broken pieces of my toilet, the plumber only offered two options: 1. Purchase a $2,000 carbon filter and get a free toilet or 2. Rebuild the toilet for $500. Instead, I watched two 3 minute videos on YouTube, purchased the parts at Lowe's for <$100, and fixed it myself in less than 1 hour. I have no plumbing experience at all. Why was I not offered the option of replacing these broken parts?

We through there was some water leakage from the attic, with damage to our ceiling going up the stairwell n bedroom. Chris was very informative in explaining the problem which could be from the AC, or condensation from the roof, also showing me photo's of our water heater with no water leakage or damage. Very satisfied with Chris overall explanation performance.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

They did an awesome job on my bathroom pipes and now its like brand new! Will Use again in a heart beat!!

This business is very unprofessional. They failed to keep my appointment and failed to call me. I was left waiting all day for my technician. They obviously don't need my business, which is a shame. Not only did they lose my business for the original project, I am constantly in need of project services. My husband and I are physically unable to complete projects ourselves. I never even got a call from the company with an apology. I have never dealt with any company that was more unprofessional.

Will and Amanda and their team were a breath of fresh air for me. They do what they say, in a professional and timely manner, which seems like a rare commodity these days. I 100% recommend you call them if you need honest, fair and hard work done for you. The world would be a better place if we all conducted business like these folks do - they went above and beyond my expectations and I am grateful.
