Hands down Charlotte Plumbing is now my go to plumbing company. Their staff is phenomenal starting with Damien and Christine they were both very attentive to my plumbing issue. The plumber assigned to my problem was named Guitar. This gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed the sewer drain issue and resolved the problem. Charlotte Plumbing was up front and honest and most of all the service call was very reasonable.

The technician, Daniel P., arrived on time for the appointment and was professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, provided his initial thoughts, and went over each of the options with us. While here, he also took a look at some other small issues we were having and helped us with ideas on how to fix them. We will definitely be calling Option One for our future plumbing needs.

Toshi was extremely helpful by outlining the issues with our garbage disposal. He was professional and meticulously explained the underlying problem. Thank you AAA City Plumbing for employing such a respectful team.

Hired them to check my gas lines and do a pressure test. They didn’t do either and still wanted to be paid. Said they only work on lines that they install. What a rip off!!

They are very professional, work with schedule to arrive at convenient times. They are fast with repairs and getting parts. They also give photo of the work truck and person who will be coming to your home. This was the first time in using this company so the photos helped. Great company!

John Ritchie did a great job of adding a second water faucet to my house. The job only took about an hour and the price was much better than what I would be quoted by one of the larger plumbing companies. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Had to reach out to John and his company for a second time since relocating to Charlotte. Was impressed with John and Caleb that they actually remembered me from almost a year ago. Caleb came today, called to let me know he was running late. As usual, he explained everything to me and that is always appreciated. I highly recommend Pathmaker Plumbing and his guys. We through there was some water leakage from the attic, with damage to our ceiling going up the stairwell n bedroom. Chris was very informative in explaining the problem which could be from the AC, or condensation from the roof, also showing me photo's of our water heater with no water leakage or damage. Very satisfied with Chris overall explanation performance.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!
