Found this company online. Had a problem with the city about water usage. Our technician was Ted, I can't express how impressed I was with Ted. Arrived on time, service truck spotless and knew what he looked like via text before arrival. He listened to what the situation was and went right to work. Gave our house a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain what he found. He even explained our 3 options and what would be involved with each. I highly recommend this company and am glad they employ people like Ted. Update, needed option one services again. Had such good luck with Ted last time I requested him again. Ted installed a main waterline shut off valve. He gave me the cost upfront and went to work. Very organized and timely. Ted is a great representative for this company.

I had a good experience with AAA plumbing. Portia was great in helping send someone out to help same day. Stephan and Ian arrived quickly, were nice, professional, and very helpful in replacing the pilot assembly on my water heater. Will definitely use this company again.

The tech Larry at Rooter was amazing I was stressing over having hot water over the weekend and he made special calls just to get everything squared away so that I wouldn't have to go the weekend without very professional and did a great job I would recommend to anyone

The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

This team was incredibly fast and efficient. Initial visit was from Nate who showed up just 40 minutes after I called Morris Jenkins and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He determined a new water heater was needed and just 30 minutes later Justin showed up with a brand new heater. Altogether, from phone call to Nate’s diagnostic to Justin’s installation, I was only without hot water for 2 or 3 hours. Incredible.
