The owner is very professional, responds quickly, and does everything he can to leave your house in pristine condition after the job is done. I've been having some issues with my electric lately, and wanted to troubleshoot the issues. I saw on their website that they perform thermal imaging and called to schedule an appointment. I was informed of the cost associated with the service I was requesting and agreed that I wanted to book the appointment. I later received a call asking if I was sure if I wanted to go ahead with the thermal imaging as they were sure they could diagnose my issues without using the imaging tool that they would have to rent, and that it would be much cheaper- I again confirmed I was aware of the cost and I did want to have the thermal imaging done. Tell me why then the technician shows up two hours late without the tool required to do the service I had requested. His excuse was that they did not have the tool available to rent...so why did you not try to reschedule? I called the company back to ask how this happened and asked for a follow-up call because I felt my time and money had been wasted, haven't heard back. I would not recommend, and would not be doing further business with this company.
