Best Fixture in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

I had Guitar come to my house, and he was great. Lowered the quoted rate, was in and out in 10 minutes, and explained the issue to help me save money next time! Thanks again Guitar.

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

Unfortunately, we discovered an issue with our hot water heater and contacted our home warranty company. Fortunately, Charlotte Plumbing Masters were sent to our home! It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! He is considerate, respectful and takes pride in his work. He even won our dog's love! I also have to give a shout out to Carol - she was amazing as well. So considerate and went above and beyond to help us deal with certain issues with our warranty company. Her customer service was wonderful. It was refreshing to deal with such a class-act company! Emmett came out to our home to help with a shower issue. He was amazing to say the least. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Emmett will forever be our plumber. John and his team did a great job! They got the job done quickly and at an AMAZING price, much less than others quoted. I highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Does the job right the first time with honesty and integrity.

Fixed a bathtub drain and came back twice to make sure it worked right. Great people and service.

I can't recommend E.R. enough. They have worked two jobs at our house and both times they were exactly what I wanted out of a trade company. On time, capable, polite and friendly, and no hassles from start to finish. Great company will definitely call them next time we have a plumbing issue.

Kevin was extremely responsive and quick to come change out my bathroom faucet. I asked for a quote and within 5 business days I had a new faucet. It was very fairly priced and he even included a coupon from their website. Would recommend for standard plumbing services.

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

Quick to respond, came out same day, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, answered all of my questions and was polite and professional - I will be using them again for sure!
