My water heater broke down on a Saturday morning in December. I called Queen City Plumbing and Nas came out same morning and did the repairs. He was professional and friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Jean did a wonderful job about keeping us in the loop when problems accrued as well as got the job done in a amount of time.

We had an underground leak that, of course, the City said was not their responsibility. I called several plumbing companies. Each one said they couldn't come out for a few days. I felt like it was a ploy to wait for the issue to worsen. Finally I called Option One! They said they could get a rep out late that afternoon. I was satisfied. A few hours later the office called back to say they had a rep available to come out early if it was OK with me. IT WAS MORE THAN OK! IT WAS AWESOME! My rep, Tim, arrived early afternoon, identified where the leak was coming from, gave me several options for repair, at various cost levels. I picked the one the made the most sense, worked best for my home and my budget. After a quick call to my cousin--also a plumber--he agreed with what Tim was suggesting be done and was the most cost effective option. I was overjoyed to finally find a company that wasn't trying to rip you off and jack up costs for work not needed. KUDOS TO TIM AND OPTION ONE!!! Tim arrived the following morning and got to work. He was done by early afternoon. Now if you were following along, you got it, Tim came out early afternoon to diagnose my issue and within 24 hours, IT WAS FIXED--AT A GREAT PRICE!!! Option One is now my 'go-to' for plumbing needs.

High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic.

John arrived promptly at designated time. Gave me a quote and went to work. He worked diligently for about two hours. Toilet tank as good as new and components guaranteed for five years and labor for a year.

John and his colleague Brandon helped us to replace gas water heater couple days ago. They spent 5 hrs straight on the project and we got hot water back at the end of the day. Quality work at an affordable price.....John's quote was much lower than other contractors that we checked but his quality work was no less, if not better.

Plumber came and fixed the drain in no time. Told me tips on how to prevent more clogs and how to clean up after dirty water had gotten underneath the cabinets.

I have been using Progressive more and more as they generally don't try to add on a bunch of additional items or charge a fortune. Unfortunately this was the first time both of these happened. Like all of these businesses, the repair people appear friendly and sociable but the lack of transparency in pricing continues and you never know if you actually need the service or if the price was fair. For now my issue seems to be fixed with out the suggest add on (one that has never been mentioned in the 15+ years I've lived here) so I guess that is a plus but I will be trying someone else for plumbing.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Derek, Danielle, and their team are all wonderful!

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Thank you, Shawn! He was on time and got right to it. He explained everything as he went and did a great job. No repairs were needed. I just wanted something checked out for my peace of mind. Will definitely use again when needed.

How can I explain to you how wonderful the service was from this company. I can honestly say we have never had service this good before. John made every attempt to insure that we did not spend any money needlessly. He was on time, he was honest, he told us everything he was going to do before he did it. John made sure that all of the plumbing work was completed professionally. He scheduled the appointment with the inspector and made sure that all of his work was done to code. Wow, it is very rare to find someone that gives their all to insure that the work is done properly, quickly and professionally. We will definitely use him again should we have any other water heater, plumbing or water filtration needs in our home. Thank you again John for everything, we truly appreciate you.

Employees are bigots..calling people names in traffic..Truck #8 is very offensive..i called company and was told I'd get a call back and never did.I did get a call back and was satisfied that the situation was addressed
