Called to get my toilet disconnected temporarily to get flooring installed, guy first could not find my building, I stressed numbers are on the buildings, after having to spoon feed him where I am, where numbers clearly marked, I walked him up to my place. I asked how he was doing... nothing.. grunted. We rode up in elevator awkwardly as he was not friendly, from start I had bad feeling. To simply disconnect a toilet and reinstall after work, he was going to charge me 620! I said I wanted to speak to his manager about price, he said I could not do that. I said they you can go. I later called the company to complain, and they said a manager would call me to go over pricing. Haven't heard from anyone. Found another company more reasonable and FRIENDLY too, figure that. Please do not use this company, they are a fraud!

Installed new zones heating and air conditioning system. The new system works great and the equipment and installation were exactly as described in the proposal. Technicians were respectful of my home, using drop cloths and floor protection to keep my carpets and flooring pristine. Highly recommended!!

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. Taylor Luke came to my house yesterday to do some connections for me due to some renovations done to my home.
He connected my dish washer. Garbage disposal. Faucet water connection under the sink. Washer and dryer and toilet. He did an excellent job. He didn't draw the service out. He came to do the job and get to next assignment. I like seeing that in young people. Very well mannered and professional. I most certainly will be using this company if I ever have the need.

Update. I said Luke did a great job in first review on the repairs he made but I eventually start having water leaking from the repair. I been in my house eight years never had leak or problem with the garbage disposal. I had to call him to come back to correct the issue. He came but was putting the blame on the garbage disposal shredder. I beg the difference. He was going to charge me $189.00 just for coming out. Of course I said no way. A conversation took place with the manager office. They waived the fee. Luke all of sudden said I didn't have a shredder problem with garbage disposal that he would repair the leak which I believe came from the install because it's not leaking anymore. They called me to discuss my complaint. By then any trust I had was gone and I didn't want to talk to them. I will never use this service.

PC Godfrey put in a exhaust system in my business in 2007 and I have not had a problem with my exhaust system at all and it is now 2021!!! That says something all by itself!!!

I would highly recommend Helms Plumbing and drains if you have a plumbing problem. We had an issue with our water and Chris came out after hours and told us what was wrong and what he needed to do to get our water back on. He was very professsional and polite. He will be our go to plumber!!
