Paul Glover from Queen City Plumbing did an excellent job repairing my leaky toilet, stopped up bathroom sink, and tightening my kitchen faucet. I have had two plumbers work on the kitchen faucet. Paul found the mistake the plumber made when installing the faucet. I will be using them again to do any future repairs to my home’s plumbing.

Travis was amazingly patient and amazingly knowledgeable about installing my toilet. He was respectful of the property and friendly to me and my new puppy. Highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin and especially Travis!!

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

I had contacted Michael and son at around 12pm to install a wall outlet for a TV I was mounting. I received a confirmation call within 15 minutes and a technician was at my front door within 30 minutes. The installation was quick, easy and up front. The technician was very friendly and thorough and explained everything, he completed the install and cleaned up after himself. I ended up signing up for the home care program as well after it was explained to me. I highly recommend Michael and son. 10/10 will use again in the future.

We just purchased a 100+ year old home and needed someone to come out and make sure that everything was in working order. We are new to the area and set up an appointment with Travis Crawford Heating, Cooling and Plumbing from a friend's recommendation. Our plumber, Myles, was a dream to work with. He gave us quotes for all the work that we want to do in the future so that we know what we are looking at and made sure that we were educated on the potential problems ahead. He also got our toilet working same day and made sure the leaks that were causing some water spots in our ceiling were taken care of. We will definitely be requesting for Myles to come back in the future!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

What a professional company. I woke up this weekend and the temperature in my house was 56°. I thought my 24 year old furnace had gone to be with the Lord. Toni Harkey called me at 11 o’clock and said he would be there in 30 minutes and he showed up right on time and went to work immediately on my antique furnace .He was dressed professionally and acted very professional. The last service person I had at my house, let’s just say that wasn’t the case. I’m retired military so I actually look at that pretty hard. After discussing the benefits of the Priority Advantage program , I signed up. I just bought this house a year ago and my warranty has expired so it was a pretty easy sale. Tony went over the suggested repairs and maintenance and had my system up and running in about 30 minutes.After reading all of the benefits of the program online ,I’m also signing my girlfriend up who has a older house right down the road from mine. $20 a month is a very inexpensive piece of mind.. not to mention this will keep me from having to run over to her house in the middle of the night with a flashlight and act like I know what I’m doing. Seriously though, you guys are a professional company with professional people. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.. thanks Jeff Parsons
