Queen City answered my call this morning and had two technicians at my house within 90 minutes. The technicians, Vinton and Caleb, were young smart professionals and such a pleasure to work with. I had an air conditioner drain stack issue which was solved in no time. I highly recommend this company!

We have had a handful of plumbers in Charlotte and because this is a large company I was skeptical of cost. We have a solar powered heater and we’re told by 2 other companies that our heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Not so! Thank goodness we called BF and they knew more about our water heater than anyone else. They repaired our unit, were very prompt and the price was totally reasonable.

Had a clogged disposal and drain pipe in kitchen sink. Called Rapid-Rooter on Saturday and they were out to my house in a flash! Our service technician, John Bird #63, resolved the problem in less than an hour. He explained why we had a problem and what he did to fix it. He provided great customer service. And, the price was not bad for an emergency weekend call. Thanks for everything!

John at Charlotte plumbing is smart, efficient, knows what he's doing. They changed pipe in my laundry room from a 2 inch to three inch to properly accommodate my new
HE washer. Placed old drywall back into place ( will use dry wall guy for finish) with screws, cleaned up. Amazing work!!! Have used them for other plumbing issues. They are on my speed dial for plumbing repairs. Thanks John and Jason.

We had a gas line cut and capped. Nick worked out side in the tropical storm conditions we are have. I give the man credit for not allowing these conditions to get in his way. We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

I had called 3 plumbers who never responded to my call. I found Tony at Tolinys and he had great review. I called an left a messages and he called within 30 minutes. Tony does a professional job and pays close attention to details, nothing shabby here. He has good work ethics and you can tell he take pride in the job he does. I would recommend him for any plumbing work, he installed a water heater and utility sink for us at our business. His prices are fair just as he is.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!
