Poor customer service, the operators that answer the phone address you as common and have no clue about how to support. They have 0 follow-up, zero accountability and overall poor business model.

I don't have a regular plumber, but I found TOLINY Plumbing and Electric here on Google. Let me tell you all, I have officially found my new plumber. All these reviews on Google are accurate. I'd give 6 stars if i could.
