Great experience! The whole process was smooth from booking the appointment to having the work completed. Chad was my plumber and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left.

Owner William did initial visit to estimate hot water heater removal and installation and spent 90 minutes. Within an hour he had emailed Good, Better, Best estimates for the job as well as a pressure regulator install he recommended to drop our pressure from 90 to below 70 psi. Email included detailed quotes and photos.

I got three more quotes, including one for 20% less from a one-man operation using a lesser brand and one from a big box retailer,. I went with Mr. Rooter because William seemed most solid. In fact, I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I bought their 3-year membership plan, which I rarely do.

Mr. Rooter had a crew at my house within 10 days. As promised, the crew called at the appointed hour on the appointed day to tell me they were on their way.

The lead plumber Ryan was exceptionally professional. He asked me to move my car so he could park in driveway to avoid trampling my grass and always donned booties before entering the house. He also introduced his assistant. A second tech showed up to install the regulator and William came by for a QA check. I really appreciated the high-touch professionalism.

Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the job, letting me know when he was leaving for supplies, for lunch and taking a break from the heat, and finally, that he had cleaned up after himself and would check to make sure the gates in the back yard were closed. He showed me each installation and how to shut off water if needed and informed me to call the city to replace their meter at the curb. Finally, the crew took care of two minor issues for me. They set a high bar for Great service.

TJ replaced my toilet fill valve, tank bolts and main gaskets, supply line hose, and installed a bidet, and verified there were no leaks in less than 30 minutes! TJ is a true professional and very talented at their job. Quality work fast and at a great price!

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.

I highly recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing if you are looking for a professional, honest, reliable plumbing company. We had a gas leak under the house and initially had a highly rated plumbing company come to locate the leak. Instead of locating the leak, this other company went under the house and quickly quoted a repair cost of $5,000, saying that the entire piping system was corroded and would need to be replaced. We said, No thank you!

We connected with Pipe Surgeon Plumbing and were VERY happy with the service we received. Jake, the owner, evaluated the leak and repaired it quickly by removing unused gas lines and properly capping the line to stop the leak. The corrosion noted by the initial plumbing company was simply surface rust and wasn't causing a problem. For less than 1/10th the price of the original quote, Pipe Surgeon Plumbing completed the job and took the time to answer all our questions.
