Best Cleaning Sewer in Charlotte NC

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Not on time did not call and never did show up ?

John was on time and repaired my tankless water heater without difficulty. He’s my go-to plumber from now on.

Fixed a bathtub drain and came back twice to make sure it worked right. Great people and service.

I called E.R Services for a new leak and was told they could get someone to me, but it could be late that day. I only had to wait for maybe an hour before Brennan was at my door. He was excellent! He diagnosed the problem , fixed everything, and cleaned up all within a couple of hours. This is my second time using E.R Services and I know I'll be using them for anything plumbing related going forward.

I discovered that my old water heater was leaking late Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday morning by 11 o’clock my water heater had been replaced. Joe was great to work with and answered all of my questions. When I was concerned that there was further issue, and a leak, the company dispatched Brian within hours of me calling to take a look. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. This was the first time I had worked with I will certainly work with them again..

They are amazing! They were on time and called ahead to make sure I had a good time. They assessed the problem and then explained it to me. They then gave me options to solve the problems I was having. After I made my decision, they got the job done very quickly. They were both very polite and respectful to me and my home. I will definitely call in the future if needed!

Marcus Carter was absolutely amazing-he showed up promptly for an emergency call and quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared our main sewage line without needing to resort to any drastic measures and gave us helpful tips for how to prevent another clog in the future. We will be calling him for any plumbing issues in the future.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. Ive been using Burl to address various needs of my properties for a while now. He's honest, skilled and fair. The fellas working for him do good work. My experience with skilled folks is if they're honest and good at what they do you've found someone you should go back to. Burl is that fella for my plumbing issues.

Shea was amazing. He took the time to explain my pipe issue.Shea explain each process in great detail. Once the job was completed he made sure there was no longer a leak. Shea also left a additional washer for back up use. He was professional and polite. I would recommend him for future jobs.
